**Morning Bliss**

The morning sun cast a golden hue over the Goenka household. Naira woke up to the gentle caress of sunlight streaming through the curtains. She turned to see Kartik still asleep, his face relaxed and peaceful. She smiled, her heart swelling with love for the man beside her. Quietly, she slipped out of bed and made her way to Kairav's room.

Kairav was still asleep, his small body sprawled across the bed, clutching his favorite stuffed animal. Naira couldn't help but chuckle at the sight. She gently kissed his forehead before heading downstairs to prepare breakfast.

In the kitchen, Naira hummed a tune as she started making breakfast. She decided to make Kartik's favorite parathas and Kairav's beloved chocolate pancakes. As she worked, she felt a pair of arms wrap around her waist.

"Good morning, beautiful," Kartik whispered, kissing her neck.

Naira turned to face him, her smile widening. "Good morning, handsome. Did you sleep well?"

"How could I not when I have you beside me?" Kartik replied, his eyes twinkling with love.

Naira blushed and swatted him playfully. "Go wake up Kairav and get him ready for school. Breakfast will be ready soon."

Kartik nodded and headed upstairs. Moments later, he returned with a sleepy Kairav in his arms. Kairav rubbed his eyes and yawned. "Mumma, I'm still sleepy."

"Well, my little champ, you need to wake up and get ready for school," Naira said, setting the table.

Kairav pouted but obediently went to wash his face. Kartik helped him get dressed while Naira finished preparing breakfast. The family sat down together, enjoying their meal and chatting about their plans for the day.

**A Visit to the Hospital**

After dropping Kairav off at school, Kartik and Naira headed to the hospital for her second prenatal check-up. They held hands, feeling a mix of excitement and nervousness. In the waiting room, Kartik leaned over and kissed Naira's forehead.

"We're going to hear our baby's heartbeat again today," Kartik said, his voice filled with wonder.

Naira nodded, her eyes shining with anticipation. "I can't wait."

The nurse called them in, and they were soon seated in the doctor's office. The doctor greeted them with a warm smile. "How are you feeling, Naira?"

"I'm feeling good, just a little tired," Naira replied.

The doctor nodded. "That's normal in the first trimester. Let's check on the baby."

Naira lay down, and the doctor applied the gel to her belly. As the ultrasound machine came to life, the room filled with the sound of their baby's heartbeat. Kartik squeezed Naira's hand, both of them overcome with emotion.

"Everything looks perfect," the doctor said, showing them the screen. "Your baby is growing well."

Naira and Kartik exchanged a look of pure joy. They left the hospital with a new ultrasound image, their hearts full.

**Romantic Evenings**

That evening, after putting Kairav to bed, Kartik and Naira sat on their balcony, enjoying the cool night breeze. Kartik had set up a small table with candles and flowers, creating a romantic atmosphere.

Naira smiled, feeling her love for Kartik deepen with each passing day. "You always know how to make me feel special."

Kartik took her hand and kissed it. "Because you are special, Naira. You and our baby mean the world to me."
