"Disappeared into nothingness," Mary Margaret finished.

"We know," Angie added. "We were all there."

"I might have an inkling," Hook popped in, causing everyone to turn their attention to the pirate. "When we went back to the Enchanted Forest, Neal was talking about the possibility of getting his father back."

Angie raised her eyebrows as David spoke. "What? How?"

"He didn't know how. He just..." Hook glanced over at Emma with a sad expression on his face. "He missed his family. He was desperate to find a way to return to this world. He believed that bringing his father back was the key."
