Jungkook bit onto his lower lip, trying his very best to not smile like a fool.
"Who could it be?" He loudly exclaimed, his hands gliding over the ones covering his sight. "Who is covering my eyes with these soft delicate hands? Do I know someone with a strawberry scent? Hmmmm......." The trueblood pretended to think but before he could say something else he ended up receiving a smack on his head.
"You unromantic alpha!" Taehyung pouted. "You could have just simply guessed. I can't even surprise your ass."
The ravenette laughed, his tattooed limb pulling Taehyung onto his lap. "I'm really sorry my heart. I didn't realise what you wanted. Next time I'll remember it. Okay." He said and pecked the omega's plump cherry lips.
"Okay." Taehyung shyly replied before burying himself completely in the trueblood's embrace. He snuggled into his chest as two buff arms snaked around his delicate frame, covering him almost entirely.
"Tae, I was thinking that you should move in with me. This is the right time for it."
"Why so suddenly? We are not even engaged. Honestly I am not sure if you wish to marry me or not." Taehyung mischievously questioned. A small amused twinkle decorating his face.
"Of cource I'll marry you. I'm yours. You better not think about such weird things. I can't live without you." Jungkook whined. His adorable antics driving out hearty giggles from the omega.
"I know Koo. I was just teasing you." Taehyung assured the worked up alpha and tilted his head up to place a kiss on his neck. "But what's with the sudden suggestion?"
"Because I think that it is the right time for it." Jungkook proclaimed. "Yoongi hyung and Jimin will get married in December. Also, Jimin already lives with us. You are the only one who is all alone in that far away apartment."
Hearing the alpha's reasoning, Taehyung pulled away. "Really?" He asked, his brow raised skeptically. The boy stared at his mate for a good few seconds. His questioning eyes successful in driving out the correct answer.
"I'm jealous!!!" Jungkook almost cried. "I don't know what possessed me last year. I shouldn't have taken that pledge in front of everyone. Why was I such a fool to say that I will only get married after Yoongi hyung? Like why?!! Now they both are taking their own sweet time and I have to wait to have you all to myself. You moving in with me is the only thing that will calm me down."
Taehyung covered his mouth.
He tried his best to not laugh but he couldn't.
Why was his mate like this? Jungkook was such a dork!
"Oh my god Koo...." Taehyung cackled. The corners of his eyes shining with the merry drops. "I can't with you. You're so cute."
"I'm serious you know. I fucking crave for your presence." Jungkook whined.
"I know." The omega nodded, looking right into those mesmerising emerald orbs. "Then how about you show me this exact craving with actions. If I'm satisfied I might think about moving in with you."

The trueblood sucked in a sharp breath. Tears falling freely from his eyes. How could he forget that beautiful night? Everything about it was like a dream. Him and Taehyung in each other's arms, making love without any care of the world.
He had promised a forever to his mate that night, only for him to end up believing something so disgusting a week later. How could he do that to Taehyung? How could he not identify his own child? How could he reject his love so cruelly?
Was he that heartless?
Just thinking about his actions brought out the loudest wails from his mouth. "I'm so sorry...." He cried, holding tightly onto his mouth to not let any noise out. He could not believe that he had been foolish enough to reject his Taehyung while the latter is pregnant with their child.
"I'm so sor.....sorry." He cried even louder while getting out of the bed. His eyes anxiously looked around the unfamiliar ambience but that was none of his concern. He only wished to see that one person. The person who was the cure to all his pains.
And as if the universe had heard his prayers, the said omega silently walked in through the front door. His beautiful eyes going wide when they locked with Jungkook's teary ones. "Koo......."
That was all Jungkook needed to run towards the other. He desperately reached forward, embracing him in his arms within seconds. "I'm so so...sorry Tae. I'm s...so sorry. What ha...have I done? Wha.....what will I do now? Please for....forgive me Tae. I'm really very so....."
He couldn't say more.
His lips got sealed within seconds. Taehyung kissing him with all the love in the world. The omega held his face, wiping the tears away from his cheeks and pulled him closer as if he wished to erase every distance between them. As if he wished to never let go.
"You shouldn't be crying this much Koo." Taehyung shook his head after pulling away. He looked right at him with intensity that had Jungkook's knees going weak. "You passed out a few hours ago. Do you even know how scared I was?"
The alpha's lips wobbled. "I didn't believe you Tae. I......I didn't believe you."
"How could you? Hmmm?" Taehyung pushed back the strands of hair sticking to his mate's forehead and pressed a gentle kiss on it. "How could you believe me when I didn't believe myself? Why are you even blaming yourself for something that was never your fault?"
"I rejec........." The word felt heavy to the ravenette. The fact that he was the one to sever their magical bond felt like a crime to his heart. Something for which he could never forgive himself.
"I don't deserve you Tae. I don't deserve to be a part of your or our baby's life."
