"Oppa! Why are you doing this to me? I don't know what has happened for you to hate me this much."
"Anna!" Yoongi urged. "I do not hate you but I definitely hate what you are trying to do. I abhor your actions. Don't make me repeat myself again and again. Haven't I told you to stay in your limits?"
"What limits Oppa? What have I done? I don't think my actions are wrong. I'm only being myself and I will keep being myself. Just because you scold me doesn't mean that I will change. I love the way I am and I'll stay the same." The girl shamelessly proclaimed.
"Oh really?" The alpha snickered. "Then how about leaving my mansion. You and Aunt Haeri should pack your bags and leave. I don't have any intentions of keeping you guys here if you want to create trouble."
Anna gasped. Tears welling up in her eyes instantly. "How can you be so cruel Oppa? You know my father died while travelling with your father. We lost him because of that accident and you still like to act so cruel towards me and Eomma."
"Don't try to guilt trip me Anna. It was not just your father who died that day. My father did too. They both were in that car and truth be spoken, it was your father who was driving. I am not like Eomma. I don't feel guilty about anything because it was an accident that none of us could have prevented. We all lost a family member. Stop trying to play the victim here."
"It must be TAEHYUNG." Anna snapped. "He is so insecure in his relationship with Jungkook. Can't even see him with his childhood friend. Does Jungkook know what his mate is trying to do with his best friend? He'll not be happy about it."
Yoongi couldn't help the laughter that escaped his mouth on hearing that rant.
"It was not Taehyung, Anna." He giggled, trying his best to not howl loudly. "It was Jungkook who told me to confront you. He said that he has tried enough. He hates it when you get overly touchy with him. He is uncomfortable with you but your stubborn self has been ignoring all his words till now. So I have to intervene."
"And you're only doing this because of Taehyung. I know that much. Don't think that I don't see things through." Anna retorted. She had a challenging look on her visage. Something that didn't bother the alpha at all.
"Yes, I am doing this for Tae." He confidently announced. "I consider him as my brother. I have vowed to protect him from all harm. It doesn't matter who it is. I will not refrain from teaching anybody a lesson if they try to hurt him in any way. Even if it's Jungkook."
And then he stared back at her. With intensity ten folds of what she held.
One look into those feline eyes and she knew that the alpha was not bluffing.

The girl shrieked, startled by the loud call for her name. "What is it now Eomma? I was thinking about something." She said. Her voice laced with irritation.
"And I hope it's about getting Jungkook for yourself and not some bullshit." Haeri sarcastically inquired. Her gaze fixed onto her daughter lounging on the bed.
"No! It's not about him." Anna rolled her eyes. The annoyance she felt was getting the best of her. "I was just trying to rest Eomma. Don't disturb me right now. As it is that Yoongi has given me enough embarrassing moments that keep haunting me from time to time."
"What about Jungkook? Don't just sit around doing nothing at all you silly girl. This is the best time to have him all to yourself. Why aren't you trying to get on his good side? What is wrong with you these days?" Haeri questioned her instead. She was not interested in her daughter's tantrums.
"I don't know what I should be doing to make him fall for me. Jungkook is not the same. He locks himself up in his room whenever he is here and then most of the times he's either at therapy or he's roaming around somewhere. I don't understand what he is trying to do."
Haeri scoffed. "What's there to understamd in this? That boy is just running around trying to trigger his memories. He's desperate to remember everything so why don't you help him out. Just imagine his best friend helping him and being there in his tough times. Such a fantasy."
"I don't want to Eomma." Anna denied. "It would clearly be annoying. I don't want to go around and take care of a sick man. No! Please that's not for me."
"Don't you love him? That's what you have been spouting since long."
"I don't love him. I like him. He's handsome and hot. He also is a well established vocal trainer in the Music Industry. Overall he's a ten on ten so I just want him for myself. He was mine to begin with. We have been together since childhood. If only that Taehyung hadn't shown up out of nowhere."
Haeri rubbed her face in frustration. The level of arrogance Her daughter had was something even she hated. How could the girl be so overconfident? How could she take such a good opportunity lightly?
"Are you kidding me Anna? What nonsense are you uttering from his silly mouth of yours? We have such a good opportunity in our hands and here you are acting all high and mighty without doing anything. Get up and pull yourself together.
Do whatever you can to get Jungkook before he ends up marrying someone else too. It won't be long before we'll be thrown out of here. Make full use of this chance that is being given to us. How about.........
