Blane Orson.
_________Walking back down the stairs from Aliyah's room, her mother pops out from the hallway.
" How'd everything go? I'm sorry for being nosy, but she's my daughter and I'm worried about her." She slightly throws her hands up midway in the air.
" I think it went really good, she just seems alittle nervous that's all. " I smile at Mrs. Rain.
" Thank you, you literally have no clue what this means to me that she has somebody is her life again. Besides her friend, Meadow. " Her mom smiles.
" No reason to thank me, your daughter and me may have our differences and moments but she's truly one of the best people I've ever met in my life. It's an honor to have her in my life. " I shake my head.
Which is exactly the truth, I do sometimes question her and why I'm hanging out with her but she's truly one of the best people I've met.
She's the first person I wake up and think about what I'm gonna aggravate her next with, or even worry about.
" Well, thank you anyways. " She holds her arms out, slightly giving me a hug.
I hug her back, feeling the parental separation between me and Aliyah's families.
Her mom and me rearrange goodbyes, I head out to my car before a figure runs out the door. " Blane, hold on. "
She's still in her clothes from earlier, shorts and a big t-shirt.
" Aliyah? " I hold the car door. " Your completely right, I shouldn't give up on things that have hurt me in the past but try them again. "
" Hold up, wait what? " She's speaking so fast I can barely understand her. " I don't want to loose feeling again because it felt good last night, and I'm terrified if I don't do it I might push you away and never ever feel it again. "
" Your the first person I've ever felt this way about, since Laken and I never thought I would be saying this but I'd really like to do something crazy. " She stumbles her words.
" Do it then, don't be scared. " I look at her, proudly. She runs to my side of the car, and presses her lips against me.
I wrap my arms around her waist, and slightly pick her up. Leaning into the kiss, her hands go to the sides of my face.
Our lips tie together, the world feels almost fake, this moment feels like a complete dreams. I'm not even sure if I'm dreaming again.
Her lips pull from mine slightly, whispering. " I'm scared, but I will try for you. " I whisper against her lips, " All you have to do is try, even if you fail I'll help you back up. I promise you. "
She nods, " I promise to try for you. " Our lips place back on each other's, leaving my heart feeling all giddy.
After a few seconds, we pull apart and look each other in the eyes before laughing quietly to ourselves.
" I can't believe that just happened. " She whispered. " Me neither, especially at this moment. " I whisper.
I'm still holding her up by the waist, I slowly let her slide back down to the ground.
" What do you have to do today? " I ask as she still has her hands on my shoulders. " I don't think anything, I planned on laying in bed bed rotting while rethinking my whole life decisions before you came. "
I chuckle, " Wanna come to the house today? I'm dead serious, ever since you came it's non stop. ' When's Ali coming back, where's Ali, Is Ali at home, you should go get Ali. ' All I ever hear. "
