Blane Orson
________Opening my eyes, me and Aliyah are tangled up together. Both fronts together, her head is buried in the crook of my neck.
My arms are wrapping around her, securely while our legs are mixed up together under the covers.
What in the world happened to two different sides last night? Did we just move in our sleep, or what?
Her eyes are peacefully closed, she isn't moving an inch and instantly I knew I wasn't not didn't want to. This view was worth not getting up to stretch or the matter of fact anything.
Who knew something so feisty, would look so peaceful. Her curly hair laid out on the pillow, " Good morning Orson. " She'd whisper keeping her eyes shut.
" Good morning, Lemon. Sleep good? " I slightly smile at her. She nods her head slowly, " Like a baby."
I take a hair away from her face, back behind her ear. " How long have you been awake? " She asked. " Only for a few minutes. " I reply.
She opens her eyes, looking at me still trying to wake up. This is reminding me of when I had called her to ask about the break in at her house, the woman couldn't wake up for the life of her.
Her eyes catch mine, " Don't look at me like that Orson. " She says playfully. " Who said I was looking at you, I was looking at the pillow? " I joke around.
" Your making me, nervoussss. " She lets the 's ' go on for alittle bit. " I never knew the great Aliyah Rain could get nervous. " I chuckle.
" Well now you know, that she does and you made her that way. " She puts her hands over her face, hiding.
" Well now I can't ask her something, because she's hiding and I can't find her. " I'd pretend to look around.
She uncovers her eyes, lifting an eyebrow slightly. " Ask her what? " I look at her eyes, " If she'd want to come get dinner with me tonight, perhaps anywhere she'd like? "
Her eyes brighten, " I think she'd like that quite a lot. " I smile. " How about 7, tonight? Think she'd be up to that? " She nods. " She would definitely be up for that, so it's a date. "
I nod. " Okay then, I can't wait for it. " She'd shake her head, laughing not so loud that anyone but me would hear.
She takes a deep breathe, before sitting up using my chest to help her slightly not putting any weight on it.
Her hair having volume, it's fluffed up. I look at her features, she makes a face at me. " I know you don't think I look good right now, because I know for a fact my hair is going wild by your face. "
" It is wild, but I think it looks very beautiful. " Her hand is still placed above my chest. She tilts her head to an angle, " It's already 12, I didn't know we slept that late. "
I place my hands over hers, " Yeah we did. When your ready to go home, I'll take you just let me know. "
She nods, " Considering I have to shower, straighten this poofy hair , pick out an outfit, and shoes. It'll take me about 3 hours to get ready for that, so what do you think? "
" Right now? " I look at her. " Maybe, but if you don't feel like driving I can get my mom to come get me. "
" I'm not making your mom drive like 20 minutes to come get you, I'll do it. " I sit up, she runs her fingers through her hair. " Okay then, I'll go change. "
