I woke up to the smell of coffee brewing, my alarm going off. I stretched and rubbed my eyes, turning it off. I looked around and saw the new bedroom, this was becoming crazy. I knew this couldn't be a coincidence, this was almost too much. I die in my dream and I wake up in a world I almost don't recognize. I knew there had to be something going on, like someone was fucking me around like I was a puppet in their messed-up story. I stood up and went into the bathroom connected to my room, I knew the person who could walk in, Amy my sister.  However, I still had yet to understand how I knew she always slept in until she couldn't anymore. I got ready, for the day, walking down the stairs and heading to the kitchen.

I saw my mom and her soon-to-be husband, Bruce, sitting at the dining room table. His daughter, my soon-to-be step-sister, Lauren must already be on her way to school. I poured myself,  and Amy coffee, making it the way, she liked it. I grabbed a muffin and quickly ate it, as I was eating Amy came over and I handed her the cup of coffee. She thanked me and I finished up, running upstairs to make sure I had everything. I grabbed my keys and backpack, put my phone in my pocket, and ran back downstairs. "Amy, do you want a ride? We can pick up Karma, or you can take the bus." "I'll take the ride, let me call Karma." I nodded and kissed Mom and Bruce's cheek, before heading outside. I didn't have to wait long before Amy came out, we drove to Karma who was at the bus stop. Then we started our drive to school, once we got to the school I went through my bag and found the necklace that was in my dream.

I opened it and saw Juliette, my eyebrows furrowing. I didn't understand, that was supposed to be a dream, was this a dream? I put it back and pushed back the thoughts; I felt like I was going insane. I didn't understand anything that was going on and I wasn't sure if I was ever going to. I continued going to class, Lauren acting like a bitch when she saw either Amy or I. She refused to acknowledge us outside of the house, though everyone knew she was living with us. It didn't bother us, we didn't get along at home either but that was just cause she was a huge bitch to us. I understood that she hated being moved here, that she was uprooted from her life, and that now her dad is marrying someone after her mom died no matter how long ago that was. Though she might not have said that to us, I just know that's what's going on. Bruce tells us to not mind her, and that she will eventually warm up to us.

I don't think she will, but maybe I will be wrong. Though, that is rare. After my classes it was finally lunch, though I wasn't that hungry, it just meant I could sit without having to learn. I sat at the table, Amy and Karma sitting next to me. I wasn't really paying attention to what they were saying, thinking about the dreams and memories that didn't seem like mine. The dreams felt real, they had to be. How else would that necklace be in my bag? During class, I had searched for her family, our friends, everyone, and none of them existed but somehow I had a ticket with Juliette's face on it. This was starting to hurt my head, I just wanted it to make sense. I felt Karma hitting my arm and I looked at her, she looked over and, I saw Shane Harvey and Liam Booker, the popular guys of this wacky school coming over. I know she just wanted to be noticed, of course, she did she was Karma.

"Hey guys, we just wanted to come over and invite you to my party tonight." Karma wasn't able to talk and I rolled my eyes, "We'll try and be there, we're not huge party people." Shane looked at me, his eyes searching me like I was some kind of riddle. He smiled widely and Liam just watched us both, "Awesome! I hope I see you girls there," They walked off and Karma seemed to come out of the trance she was in. "We're so going tonight!" I just looked at her, there was no way I was going and I could tell Amy didn't wanna go either. "I don't know Karms... You know how we feel about parties." She started pouting, which didn't work on me but it worked on Amy. "Fine, we'll go," "Um, you mean you'll go. I will not be going to a party full of sweaty hormonal teens." Amy looked at me, "You need to go, there is no way I am going to this party with just Karma." "Why not? I don't see why I need to go to a stupid party," "Please? Will you go for me?" I looked at them both, both of them had a pout and wide eyes.
