Raid

I tried to smile and nodded.

"Senator Fausto is one of the syndicate's members. Ronie is printing the evidence of their contact with each other. We're hacking every CCTV around, catching footage of the head of the syndicate, Mauro, and Fausto exchanging briefcases. He's also providing protection to the group."

Attorney Lark clicked his head and smiled evilly as he explained. He pressed the screen of the glass table, revealing a video recording of Mauro and Fausto talking while Mauro handed a briefcase to Senator Fausto.

"We are making sure every member of the syndicate will be exposed tomorrow morning. Their names will be all over the news."

The evil smirk plastered on the attorney's face revealed just how much he was enjoying himself, his eyes gleaming with a twisted satisfaction. It was clear he was relishing every moment of their impending downfall. Nilingon ako ni attorney.

"Don't worry about the rest, Maelia. Focus on raiding their main warehouse. I've sent agents across the country to hit some of their other warehouses as well."
