Grace
As days flew by, I woke up and checked my phone for updates, only to find my name mentioned, along with some members of the party list, being congratulated. I couldn't believe it, I had won the election! The hard work and long hours of campaigning had finally paid off. I couldn't wait to start making a difference in our school and fulfilling the promises I had made during our campaign.
The feeling of pride and excitement was overwhelming.
"Congrats, our newly elected governor!" Bati sa akin ni Natia pagkapasok ko ng room.
"Congrats gov!" Bati ng aking mga kaklase.
"Thank you everyone, thank you for voting guys!"
Naipost na rin sa page ng Department of Nursing ng EU ang mga nanalo. The main page of the school had also shared it.
Congratulations to the new elected officer of the nursing department .
Una ang mukha ko sa post bilang governor, tapos sunod-sunod na ang mga sumunod. The post earns much of the likes, especially karamihan ay mga nursing students.
"Omy gosh!" Natia squealed beside me.
"Pinusoan ni Khaos ang picture mo Mae!"
"It's not meant for me, Nat." Tanggi ko.
"Sus, sa picture mo lang naka heart o!"

Umurong siya papalapit sa akin at ipinakita ang kanyang telepono. Sa ibaba ng larawan ko, makikita mo ang pangalan ni Khaos na may puso. She scrolled down, but there was no sign of him liking the other picture, just mine.

As the governor, I created a group chat for the newly elected officers with the dean, coordinator, head of OSA, and the head of the CIs.

Nag-reply lang ako ng simpleng "yes, ma'am." Pagkatapos, itinago ko na ang aking telepono upang mag-focus sa harap.
