~ Drowned in love

Few days gone by that only. Kunti was hell on bent to show the portraits of princesses to yudhishthir while he was escaping everytime. He didn't tell about draupadi to anyone as he wanted to give himself some time before stepping into the big responsibility. He wanted to produce the trust in them. And over it, the yuvrajabhishekh was on way. He had many works in his hands to do.

As the night comes up he retired to his chamber. Placing his crown on a side then taking off the jewelery he sat on his bed, closing his eyes tiredly. But then a smile came on his face as he imagined her face. What must be she doing? Does she miss him to? Does she also feel desperate to meet him? He thought constantly. His imagination took a toll on his brain as he completely drowned in her thought forgetting his surrounding.

"Will you keep smiling like that rajkumar?" Her melodious voice came breaking his thoughts. He looked at her and smiled more widely. He showed up his hand and she walked near him seating beside on the bed.

"What are you doing here Panchali?" She shook her head and placed both her palm on his cheek. "First you called me and now trying to run me away. Do you know how much I miss you? Waiting is painful. I want to run near you and hide in your embrace forever." She told nearing her face to him and now she has completely shifted on his lap and face was just a centimeter away from him. Yudhishthir hesitantly swallowed his saliva and looked into her eyes. His hands grabbed her waist and nervousness clearly seen on his face. Just when he was going through all that draupadi claimed his lips and he slipped into another world.

"Jyesth!! Jyesth! Are you fine?" Some voices came as he jerked open his eyes and saw his brothers in front of him. His eyes desperately scanned through the room and then he realised that he just dreamt unholy things with her. A blush couldn't hide his face as he tried not to smile like a mad. His brother on other hand were sharing confused looks.

"Are you fine jyesth? You are seeing for someone?" Shadev asked knowingly with hidden smile which didn't fail yudhishthir's sharp senses. He composed himself and stood up from the bed.
"You are here? Anything important?" He avoided rather than lying. They all forgetting the incident starting teasing him.

"Kakashree has sent invitation to panchal also bhrata. I'm sure bhab.... Drupad kanya will also arrive." Nakul changed his words when yudhishthir glared at him while the others laughed. Yudhishthir jumped near nakul and grabbed his ear. "What have you told to mata that she is so desperate to marry me off. Why are you all trapping me in this blunder?" He glared smashing his head lightly.

"What's happening here?" Kunti entered confused with what was happening. Yudhishthir released his brother and ordered them to leave. They were so on to tease him but he warned them with his eyes and sat with his mother.

"Matashree, I don't want to marry now. Please don't show me these portraits, the princesses are excellent by all means but I don't want any of them." He politely told.
"Then tell me if you like some princess? I have the right to know yudhishthir. Do you love someone?" She asked with the hope that atleast he will accept and then she will propose the girl according to her. There yudhishthir was in stress. He couldn't lie to his mother and at the same time don't want to tell about draupadi so he choose a middle way. "There's someone in my life. Don't ask me anything more about this when the right time will come, I myself will meet you with her. Please mata, I request you to stop this bride search." He told and took the promise smartly.

Kunti sadly made a face and nodded with disappointment. He comes and sit near her feet then keeping his head in her lap kissed on her palm. "I'm sorry for saddening you maa but I couldn't do anything in it. I intentionally didn't do." He tried to make explanations but his mother stopped her. She kept a hand on his cheek and said. "I'm not doubting you putr and I'm happy for you but what's the reason of not telling me now?"

"When the right time comes I will." He said closing his mother's mouth. Kunti at the end gave up and nodded knowing ge won't tell and so decided to wait.

It was few days later when the invitation reached panchal. Drupadi was jumping happily thinking she will be able to meet him and so she hurriedly reached to sabha to know what's going on.

"I have many works and at this time can't leave the palace, dhrishtdyumn and shrikhandini will go." Drupad announced and her smile dropped. Her face fall down thinking she won't meet him now. "Pitashree, let dhrishtdyumn and panchali go. I won't have time for this and moreover I need to stay here." Shrikhandini told gaining everyone's attention. Draupadi looked at her father with hope who announced again.

"As you wish putri. Draupadi will you go putri?" He asked and now she couldn't control her smile. She was jumping from inside while maintaining a straight face. "As you wish, pitashree. When will we have to leave?" She asked and drupad told them both to leave the next day morning. Draupadi was jumping with excitement and at the same time feeling a desperecy. Her heart was beating rapidly with unusual speed.

"What's happening? I'm feeling shy, feeling new. I can't wait to see him. How much I missed him this two months. What will I say him? How will I meet him there? What if someone caught us together? So what? We aren't doing any sin, we love each other. And soon we will marry." She said falling on the bed. His face came before her eyes as she closed them and hid her face in the pillow.

"I can't wait to see you raikumar. I just want these 4 days went soon." She wished hugging the pillow near her chest.

Meanwhile away from her yudhishthir was lost in the thoughts of his love. He couldn't control the rush of feelings when messenger informed him that the fire born siblings will be arriving in few days. He couldn't do anything but wait for her.

"Come soon, my love."
