A stormy sea of emotions, I navigate each day
A whirlwind of worries, that never seem to stray
One moment I'm soaring, the next I'm in the depths
A rollercoaster of feelings, that never find their breath
The world outside is loud, a cacophony of stress
A pressure cooker of expectations, that never take a rest
To fit in, to stand out, to find my place in the crowd
A constant juggling act, that's weighing me down
But in the midst of the chaos, a light begins to shine
A glimmer of self-discovery, a sense of purpose divine
A realization that I'm not alone, that we're all in this ride
A bond of solidarity, that helps me to abide
So I'll ride the waves of teenage life, with all its ups and downs
And learn to navigate the turmoil, with a heart that's strong and proud
For in the turbulent teens, I'll find my way to grow
And emerge as a warrior, with a spirit that glows.
