The match was supposed to show that you were more than what people thought you were or could be but it was also supposed to push you up the roster and get your name more known but instead it turned to shit halfway through not just because it was a triple threat match between you, Shayna Baszler, and Rhea Ripley but you ended up getting injured courtesy of shayna throwing you into the steel steps then sending rhea through you and two ladders which fractured your femur due to the impact. You were in tears on a stretcher despite you trying to walk backstage only to collapse in tears from the pain and having to be wheeled out but a familiar voice brought a sense of comfort through the chaos and your self degradation at losing the triple threat match before a firm yet gentle touch stopped your choked up rant looking to see Damian as he walked beside the stretcher but instead of just stopping by the ambulance he climbed in and kept his hand intertwined with your hand during the whole ride to the hospital, you laid in the hospital after surgery with three pins being placed to fix your femur waking up from the anesthesia only to see damian with a cup of cold water and a bag from a local deli so you could have a proper warm meal rather than the bland and mostly cold hospital food that was served but it was when you began to speak about doing better in the match and talking down on yourself that made him cut you off by gently holding your shoulders.
