A FEW MONTHS LATER...

Yayora and the kids had managed to remove the traumatizing event from their minds and let things go to normal.

Yayora was very close to becoming tsahik, she and her lovers had all gotten their tsurak.

Now, they were currently doing a series of tests with their spirit brothers. Yes, the tulkun came again.

Since Yayora didn't have a spirit sister nor brother, she sat that one out.

She was currently with Ronal, helping her out with sorting out the pastes and medicines in the compartments.

The past few months have been like hell, she wasn't allowed to see Aonung and Rotxo until they passed the series of tests that their tulkun had for them.

Which was all up to the tulkun, all that Yayora and Ronal could do was wait patiently.

"Take a break, go for a walk, get some fresh air," Ronal advises the girl.

Yayora nods before exiting the mauri and walking down the beach where Tsireya, Kiri and Lunapey sat.

Lunapey was recently rather distant, Ralu was her best friend. She looks out into the ocean and keeps to herself.

Yayora joins the girls. She notices Lunapey's distance and scoots closer to the girl, placing a hand on hers.

"I miss him too Pey, why don't you go visit him?" Yayora advises.

The girl smiles before nodding and standing up, running over to the water and diving in.

Yayora regualarly visits the spirit tree but only at night when she knows she can't bump into Aonung nor Rotxo.

"You know, now that the war is over and we have nothing to worry about...I was really thinking about fleeing back to the forest. Back home,'' Kiri states. "Neteyam and I both."

"That's a great idea, I'm sure Talo misses you dearly," Yayora encourages her friend.

"But your skxawng ass better visit," Tsireya shoves her slightly. "Please,'' Yayora adds.

"Of course, how could I just abandon you guys? My girls,'' Kiri brings the girls into a hug.

A horn is then blown. One meaning Yayora should hide herself in the healing hut because Aonung and Rotxo have arrived.

"Bye," the girl gets up before running towards the hut and closing the doors.

OUT ON THE BEACH...

Aonung and Rotxo come back, taller, broader and more muscular than before.

Whatever trials Kawng and Teylu had them on really had them working.

"Finally!" Tonowari booms. "What did they make you do?"

"They made us live on a deserted island for the entire time period that they'd be training us-" Rotxo starts.

"Then we had to do all sorts of exercises like running around the entire island and doing pull ups on branches. It was hell." Aonung exaggerates.

"Then we had to do other simple hunting tasks," Rotxo states.
