Scolding & Seizing, what's new?

THE NEXT DAY, ON A SUNNY AFTERNOON...

The kids were all sat around the pools as Lo'ak described to them exactly what had happened the night before.

"I met a tulkun," he states, catching everyone's attention.

"Tulkun? Did you see the herd?" Yayora asks.

"No, he was alone," Lo'ak shakes his head before turning to Tsireya, "He was injured, on his left fin," the boy tells her.

"Poor tulkun," A'tok frowns.

"Payakan," Tsireya hisses under her breath.

"Who's Payakan?" Kiri asks.

"A young bull who went rogue, he's outcast, alone," Rotxo answers.

"They say he is a killer," Tsireya adds, looking at Lo'ak.

"Payakan's no killer, he saved my life," Lo'ak argues.

"He's killed na'vi, and other tulkun. Not here, but far to the south," Aonung interjects.

"He's not like that," Lo'ak states.

"My baby bro," Neteyam rises from his seat and places both hands on Lo'ak's shoulders, "Survived the killer Payakan and lived to tell about."

Lo'ak hisses and shoves him away, "You guys aren't listening," he scoffs and walks away.

"I'm listening!" Tuk exclaims. "Lo'ak come back! You skxawng," Kiri shouts for her brother.

"What if he's going to Payakan? We must follow him," Tsireya states.

"Reya-" Yayora softly scolds. "We must,'' Tsireya argues.

"You guys can go, I'm gonna stay back for this one. I'm not gonna be the one getting scolded once Ronal finds out," She states. "Me too," Kiri states.

"Can we go?" Tuk and A'tok make cute faces.

Yayora frowns, "No, you're gonna stay back with me. They'll be outside the reef, it's too dangerous."

The kids pout while crossing their arms.

"We should go now," Neteyam states as the teenagers stand up and run towards the water.

Yayora sighs and shakes her head in disappointment. Why couldn't they just give Lo'ak some freedom?

"Wanna introduce us to your friends?" Yayora suggests. The pair happily drag the girls along to the beach where the kids normally play.

LATER ON...

While playing with the kids, Yayora catches sight of Tonowari and Ronal walking with Lo'ak; Neteyam; Tsireya; Aonung and Rotxo following behind.

Tsireya makes eye contact with her, Yayora giving her a reassuring smile.

"Okay kids, it was nice playing but I'm going to have to leave now," Yayora waves.
