It was a bright and beautiful morning in Pontypandy, Sam woke up with a big yawn as he stretched his arms in the air, before turning around to look at the love of his life, but realised that the otherside of the bed was empty.

"Oh, I forgot that my early bird was starting to return back to her morning jogging, which gives me time to plan my confession!", he spoke to himself as he got out of bed to head towards the toilet.

Twenty minutes later, the hero next door had brushed his teeth and had a bath, before nakedly walking out of the bathroom and kneeling down in front of his bedside table as he pulled the bottom draw out and took the brown paper bag out.

He then reached his hand inside the paper bag, pulling out black leather biz with a ruby red proposal ring with the letter P engraved on it inside that he was going to give to his partner today, but he could never have managed to plan and pull it all off behind her back without help from his brother Charlie.

The red haired man polished the ring and put back into the bag as he placed it inside his bottom draw and closed it, before getting dressed into dark blue swimming trunks with a t-shirt and shorts on top to cover it as he was planning to secretly confess his feelings on the beach.

Now that Sam was dressed, he walked downstairs into the kitchen to make himself a bowl muesli and sat with on the living room sofa as he watched natures beauty on the television for company.

Once he had finished eating, he washed his bowl and put it away, before starting to a smoothie for his soon to be wife as it was what she'd normally drink after her jog.

The smoothie was now ready and the hero next door placed it on the side as he heard the door open and he rushed to the corridor to see his beautiful lover pooling and smelling of sweat, but he couldn't care less.

"I missed you so much, honey! The mornings are so boring without you!", Sam ran up to her passionately kissed her forehead, feeling her sweaty forehead against the skin of his lips.

"Awww, I missed you too, darling! And I'm glad that I make your mornings so romantic and enjoyable!", Penny replied as she kissed his lips and wrapped her arms around him, embracing him into a hug against her damp body.

He then reached out for her hair tie to pull it off and watch her golden locks cascading down to her shoulders that was styled into a low ponytail.

"Stop it honey! I'm all sweaty from my jog!", the blonde woman informed him as having her hair down was getting on her nerves.

"I know, you've got more sweat on your body than a swimming pool does with water!", the red haired man commented as he pulled the zip on her hoodie down, seeing that she wasn't wearing a bra as her perky breasts sparkled in his eyes.

"Where's your bra? Did you loose it, or I'm going to pull your joggers down and see no underwear as well?", he questioned in a sassy tone and since she didn't hesitate, he pulled the zipper on her joggers down and saw that his prediction was right.

"Do you want to explain yourself, sweetheart!", he quirked an eyebrow at her, while smiling, "sometimes I don't like wearing lingerie when I jog that's all!", she responded simply.

"Really, I'm I suppose to believe that excuse, or are you wearing no undergarments, because you want to have sex with your lover without looking so desperate!", he concluded and her cheeks turned a dark shade of red.

"Are we planning to look like a tamato today from embarrassment!", he added with a grin as he passionately kissed her sweaty forehead.

"You can believe whatever you like, sweetie! I'm going to go take a shower!", the second lead firefighter took her sweaty clothes off that smelt horrible and unpleasant, tossing them onto her partners head, smiling widely from his reaction as she nakedly ran upstairs into the bathroom.
