Don't Go Breaking My Heart

Chapter Four

After the disastrous wedding ceremony, the newlyweds were brought to the hotel room to change and soon were headed to Jeju for their honeymoon where they stayed at a five star resort and spa where they were booked to stay for a week.

Hye Rin who still feel very angry with him for getting the paternity test, kept giving him the silent treatment.  She wore a loose t-shirt and a pair of pajama pants and as she laid in the Queen size bed as she could hear him in the bathroom, taking a rather long shower.

When he came out of the bathroom, he was wearing the robe provided by the resort.

She could see he looked flustered somewhat as he look at her up and down and said "Are you seducing me now, Mrs. Lim?" He ask

She looked at him with disgust and couldn't help but roll her eyes.

"You wish" she threw the pillow to his head but missed and he raised his eyebrow

"Oh really?" he walked closer and closer towards her as he laid on top of her and was about to kiss her when he saw her closed her eyes shut was when he got up from the bed and said "I will never touch someone like you"

She felt insulted by that and was about to reply with a snarky comment but he continued  "besides I have  girlfriend"

That made her stunned for a moment as he grabbed the pillow that was thrown to his head earlier and laid on the sofa and soon he was fast asleep. 

She was shocked to even fathom what just happened.  She turned off the light and laid in the dark.

Thinking of the worst scenario that could actually happen but nothing prepared her soon once she arrive at their new home soon.

One week later:

They landed in Incheon and were picked up by the family driver who brought them  to the family mansion.

The two stayed with the parents, acting cordial but they slept at separate rooms.

Often times, Woo Jae would disappear for hours and Hye Rin would know whom he is meeting.

One day, Hye Rin came downstairs to find everyone gone.

She remembered during dinner yesterday her mother in-law is visiting Grandma Chul Sook

"Hye Rin, I want to tell you that I will be staying at Grandma Chul Sook's house tonight.  I thought of bringing Jun Jae, if it's alright with you" his mother in-law ask

"It will be alright" Hye Rin replies as she cut a piece of meat and feed it to Jun Jae.

Her husband was late usual. It doesn't seem to bother his mother at all. But then she worry it would affect her son who will ask where is his father.

The dinner continued on and soon after Hye Rin brought Jun Jae to his room, she came out of the room and saw her in-laws chatting.

She didn't want to intrude thus she went to her room, a rather extravagant guest room. 

She laid in bed thinking of what had happened so far to lead her to this moment. Soon falling asleep not knowing what she will stumbled upon the very next morning.

And she came downstairs to find mansion was quiet. She decided to make something to eat when she saw a young woman who looked rather familiar wearing only a dress shirt and it barely covering her thighs.

The woman took one look at her and said "Who are you" she ask

Hye Rin then turned to face the young woman and said "I am Woo Jae's wife" and she looked up and down at the young woman "And may I ask who might you be?"
