The class stayed quiet. No one moved as Aizawa walked towards the wall Izuku had made. Izuku nodded, creating a small peephole as Aizawa gritted his teeth. "Thirteen, protect the students. Izuku, Hitoshi, do not fight unless completely necessary."

Izuku huffed, and Hitoshi reluctantly agreed as Aizawa jumped over the wall and ran to fight the villains below. He easily cancelled Quirks and struck down everyone in his way. He never stopped, putting everything into protecting the class.

"Iida, you're the fastest. Go get help," Izuku ordered as Iida looked at him in shock. He looked across the rest of the class, unwilling to move and leave them.

He was about to protest when Thirteen stopped him. "Izuku is right. You need to go and get us back up. This is impor-" Thirteen couldn't finish when she was interrupted by a loud crash from behind.

The wall Izuku had put up came crashing down as a bird-like villain punched through it, standing right in the middle of the rubble.

"Good job, Nomu, though it looks like All Might's not here. I wonder if some dead kids will bring him here." The villain looked across the students, ignoring the fight going down right before him. He had a hand over his face and a deranged look in his eyes.

"Oh shit," Izuku muttered as Hitachi gave him a look. "Fucking Tenko."

"Greetings, we are the League of Villains," the talking mist formed in front of them, surrounding the space between them and the Nomu thing. In a second, the Nomu was back by their leader's side. "Forgive our audacity, but today we've come here to U.A High School, this bastion of heroism, to end the life of All Might, the symbol of peace. We were under the impression that All Might would be here today, but it seems his schedule was revised? Well, no matter. My role remains unchanged."

Before the talking mist could do whatever its role was, Bakugo and Kirishima jumped out, trying to land a hit, but the mist just avoided them. Bakugo tutted about to try again when Thirteen yelled for everyone to run, but Izuku ignored her.

He switched, turning from a sphinx to a Griffin. With a powerful cry, the wind picked up around him, blowing the mist thing away. "All of you run. I can only keep this up for so long."

The students looked conflicted for a moment before they ran to the doors, trying to escape. Bakugo looked at Izuku, about to stay and fight by his side, when Izuku shook his head.

"Kacchan, go! Toshi, try to use your Quirk," Izuku ordered as Hitoshi nodded.

He turned on his microphone and lifted his head. "Alright, villain, what do you mean by killing All Might? What's plan?" The questions weren't working. "Do you really only plan on killing All Might? How did you get his schedule?" The mist never responded. "It's not working. Izuku, he must know what my Quirk is."

Izuku glanced back at the fleeing students, they couldn't get the door open and the wind was dying down.

Below, Aizawa was pinned to the ground. It didn't last long before he was on his feet but it's all the distraction the mist villain needed.

The smoke surrounded the area and then they were falling. Izuku could see the lake getting closer as he recovered, flapping his wings just in time to watch Tsuyu and Hitoshi crash into the water. Hitoshi struggled, unable to swim as the villains surrounded him. The tongue wrapepd around his stomach as Tsu grabbed him.

She jumped out of the water, dragging Hitoshi behind her and dumping him on the ship as Izuku landed and turned back to normal.

"Why am I the only one getting targeted?" Hitoshi complained as he rolled over. "You both excel in the water. I can't swim. Fucking unfair."

On one hand, Izuku could understand Hitoshi's struggle. On the other hand, he wanted to make fun of him. "This wouldn't have happened if you had taken Shota up on his offer to teach you to swim."

Hitoshi glared at Izuku as he chuckled.

Izuku looked out at the water as he let out a breath. "So, any plans on how to get out of here?"

Iida stared in horror as his classmates were swallowed by the mist villain. "Where is everyone? Can we confirm their locations?" Iida felt a guilt clawing at his gut. He shouldn't have run.

"They've been scattered, but they're in the facility," Thirteen explained, barely flinching from everything that was happening.

Sero was not coping any better. "Physical attacks are no good. He just warps away. This guy's Quirk is too tough to handle."

Thirteen ignored him, looking right at Iida. "Iida. Your job is to run back to the school and report on what's happening. The alarms haven't sounded, and the phones aren't working. The alarm system uses infrared tech; the fact that it hasn't activated even though Eraser Head is down there nullifying Quirks means that whoever is interfering with the system has hidden well. That being the case, you're going back is our best option. After all, that is what Izuku believed you to be best for, and he is usually right. Please use your Quirk and save us all."

Iida was stuck in his place. He didn't understand what was happening. He didn't know why Izuku chose him or why everyone was so willing to trust his decisions. He didn't know if leaving would mean he would return to find all his classmates dead around the facility.

Uraraka smiled, slapping Iida's back to snap him out of his spiral. "Just like in the cafeteria, we can provide all the support you need, and we will. Do it." Uraraka nodded at Iida as he took a breath.

"Aside from the fact that you have no hope, what sort of fool discusses the strategy in earshot of the enemy?" The mist guy glared at Iida as Thirteen stood between them.

"It hardly matters if you over-heard. You can't stop us." Thirteen raised her hand, her Quirk firing up and attacking the villain.
