Part 24~Semi Finals and Finals

Without hesitation, Izuku shifted, turning into a sphinx and sending spikes across the arena. Katsuki jumped up, running over the spikes without being harmed. He charged forward, landing a hit on Izuku, who stumbled back.

Katsuki didn't let up, hitting and pulling at Izuku as he sent spikes at Katsuki's throat, the boy dodging them before they got there.

"Should we stop this," Present Mic muttered nervously, watching the rough and violent match go on below.

Izuku swung out of Katsuki's range, shifting into a gryphon and sending a powerful blast of air at Katsuki, who tumbled across the field.

"Talk about a one-sided fight. Bakugo cannot get a hit in," Present Mic muttered as Izuku sent more wind at Katsuki, forcing him to stick to the ground or be blown away.

"Strictly speaking, Baukgo could win this. However, it seems he is not using his Quirk. If he doesn't, he will lose this," Aizawa stated matter of factly.

Katsuki was digging his fingers into the dirt as Izuku had to stop and catch his breath. Instantly, Katsuki charged, but Izuku was too fast, getting into the air before Katsuki could land a hit.

"I won't lose," Katsuki shouted as Izuku landed behind him, transforming and sending out spikes that Katsuki was forced to dodge.

"I thought I told you to not hold back. Don't believe you can win without your Quirk, Kacchan." Before Katsuki could respond, Izuku had shifted back to human with weird black spots along his skin. "I'm sick of saying it but, I. Am. Fucking. Fine." He clapped his hands together, sending a shot of fire out, which landed on Katsuki, instantly igniting Katsuki's sweat and throwing him across the arena and out of bounds.

Izuku patted, falling to the ground as he tried to regather his breath. The arena was in shock as they stared at the charged Katsuki, slowly pulling himself off the ground.

"Did I kill you?"

Katsuki didn't immediately respond to Izuku, but after a breath, he wheezed out, "I don't think so."

"Great. Next time, fight back, bitch."

"Sorry for looking out for you."

"That was your first mistake." Izuku took in a deep breath before stumbling to his feet and walking towards Katsuki with a smile. "You know, I'm technically undefeated against you. I really hope you could possibly put up a fight in one of these battles one day, but I don't hold my breath."

Katsuki gave Izuku a look before he took a deep breath. "I hate you sometimes."

"It's my charm. Let's get you to Recovery Girl." Izuku pulled Katsuki to his feat, hearing the crowds cheer and his win being announced.

"On to the last round of the semifinals with both of them from hero families. It's a battle for the elites. From the hero course, it's Tenya Iida versus also from the hero course Shoto Todoroki. Start."

The second Present Mic finished, Todoroki sent out a wave of ice as Iida dodged and sped out of the way. Todoroki simply redirected his ice, sending out another wave and surrounding Iida.

"Iida's been surrounded," Present Mic shouted as Todoroki sent his ice directly at Iida. "Todoroki is going in for the win right away!"

Iida jumped out of the way, barely avoiding the ice as his legs began to glow blue. With a burst of power and speed, Iida charged, kicking Todoroki, who ducked down, barely avoiding the limb. Iida didn't hesitate, kicking again and this time making contact.

"A direct hit," Present Mic screamed as Iida grabbed Todoroki, charging as fast as he could towards the edges of the arena.

Todoroki didn't panic, and as Iida moved, the flames in his legs dyed out, the energy dying with it. "MY exhaust is plugged?"
