Flashback to 2 years ago

Luz POV:

*Beep* *Beep* *Beep*

"ughh" i groaned at the loud alarm, i slowly sat up. Grabbing my phone and silencing it, and with that it was peaceful again. I was about to send Amity a 'Good Morning' message when it looked like she beat me to it. I rubbed my eyes of the sleep and i opened my messages.

My Luzbian🤍:Hey Luz when u wake up can you meet me at the park, I have something important to talk about.

Me: Yea i'll be there in 15 mins🤍

My Luzbian: k.

I stared at my phone thinking 'why is amity being so dry?' i shrugged it off. I began my day hopping out of bed and getting dressed in my favorite purple and white striped cat hoodie, with some black jeans. I put my phone, wallet and airpods into my pockets and started heading to bathroom. I brushed my teeth and brushed my bed head and when i was done i set myself a finger guns to the mirror. With that done i began going down the stairs hearing the tv blaring 'greys anatomy'. Sounds like mama is home today. I jumped the last few steps almost eating shit but successfully landed, I was able to see my mama is hunched over and zoned out on the tv i couldn't help but chuckle. My mama heard me and turned to me, "good morning mija, off to see your girlfriend?" she asked with a smirk on her face. "yea mama i'm gonna meet up with her in a few minutes at the park, need me to get anything on the way?" i began putting my white slip-on vans, "no i don't need anything mija, but be ready for when eda comes. your lil buddy king will be so happy to get his snuggles!" she smiled. "haha ok mama, i'll be back later!" i started walking out the door, walking down the steps of the porch. I grabbed my airpods from my pocket, putting one in my ear, i grabbed my phone and pressed shuffle on my phone and it began playing 'eyes don't lie, by isabel larosa' i smiled at the choice and began my way out the forest on the gravel path, until i was able to get to the sidewalk to the park. During my walk i was able to see many people walking old and young, enjoying the nice summer day. I really liked walks like this cause of the beautiful sky, the beautiful scenery of the green trees and pretty flowers in the morning. I was so caught in my head about how nice the day was that i didn't even realize i was walking into the park already, it wasn't that far of a walk it was about 10 minutes. I began my search of the green haired girl, just to find her on the bench near a pond. I smiled and started walking up to her, "Hey babe" i sat down on the bench and went to give her a kiss on the cheek, but she put a hand up to stop me. I frowned alittle bit "why'd you want to meet at the park babe" she looked at me for a few seconds and her face had a cold expression. "Luz i asked you to come to the park because i need to tell you that i want to break up with you." I was shocked, she didn't even seem upset she had her head turned away from me. I tried to see if there was any hint of her joking on her face but it looks like she was serious.
"U-uhm.. did i do something wrong?" I started to feel a lump in my throat. "No actually it was me, i cheated on you with a rich man" When she said that my blood started to boil with anger and sadness, i couldn't help but raise my voice. "Y-YOU- you cheated on me?!" She finally snapped her head towards me, "Luz i fell out of love with you and he was there, i can't be with you anymore" with that she started to get up to walk away. I grabbed her wrist and tears started to run down my face. "did you ever care about me? IF YOU DIDNT THEN WHY WASTE 2 YEARS OF OUR LIFE-"

I put my hand on my cheek and turned my head back to Amity, i had tears of anger running down my cheek, and Amity had her hands on her mouth from shock and it looked like she was gonna cry, but i didn't care anymore. "You know what Blight, have a great rest of you life with the rich man." With that i stood up and started to walk away out of the park and back home.
