Rudy asks his question then looks to Sheila. "Why aren't you answering me?" Sheila lets out a shaky breath and says. "I told you that she was going to hurt him. I told you that she has already tried. You didn't listen to me and left him alone with her. I will not let you take him from this house. Abby will not be left alone with him again. Do you hear me?" Sheila takes Willo out of the bathroom and takes him into her room where she holds him through the night. Sheila didn't sleep a wink that night. "Why would Rudy do something so foolish? Idiot." As the sun began to rise the next morning Sheila hears a faint knock on her door. "Sheila. It's Rudy, let me in. We need to talk." Sheila walked to the door holding Willo tight to her chest. As she opens the door, Willo begins to fuss. She slowly opens the door. "Abby with you?" Rudy shakes his head. "No. She wont move from the spot she was in in the bathroom." Sheila walks back to her bed and sits down calming Willo. "I think it's best I take Abby home with me. I also think it's best to put him up for adoption. Clearly there's something broke with Abby and she is in no shape to care for herself or a baby. On top of all that, I can't trust that he will be safe if I leave the house for any reason and she's alone with him." Sheila nods her head. "I agree. I will look after him for the time being till I can find a suitable family to raise him. This will be a closed adoption. Neither of you will have the ability to find Willo or to get any information whatsoever as to where he is and who has him. I will make it to where I am the only one able to look into this matter. I will never tell you anything more concerning this boy." Rudy shakes his head in understanding. "I think it's for the best. I spent last night packing. I will take Abby home now. Thank you Sheila." Rudy turns away and goes to Abby's room. She walks out with him to the front door. He picks up her luggage and walks out of the house. Neither of them looking back at their son.
She carries Willo to the kitchen where she makes some coffee for her and a bottle for him. She notices his eyes never went back to hazel after the almost drowning. It must have awoken something in him because Sheila can feel a lot of power from him. Way more power then what a baby should have. When the bottle is finished, she takes Willo into the living room. As she walks past the bookshelf, a book falls off and hits the floor in front of her. Sheila bends down, where she garbs a book off the floor. She carries the book and Willo over to the couch where she begins feeding him, Sheila starts to flip through the pages and reads some of the book to him. She comes across a page that has an old tree. "This looks a lot like the tree I saw in my dream, but there's something different about it. The picture shows a beautiful lush, full tree with bright colored and healthy roots. But in my dream the tree was almost dead with withered roots and no leaves." Sheila says aloud. And continues to read as it moves into a race of beings called Ancients "Elves". It talks of a utopian land where there is no war and how it's at perfect peace. This land has vast forests with tall towering trees where the Ancients live. There are so many races of Elven kind.
⦁ Avariel: A mostly extinct race of winged elves
⦁ Lythari: A rare and reclusive race of sylvan elves who transformed into wolves
⦁ Rockseer Eleves: Are the rarest of all eleven kind. They are far taller than most of their kin, with a few reaching almost 8 feet in height.
⦁ Sun Elf: Also called Gold Elves, sun elves were highly civilized with a natural gift for wizardry
⦁ Moon Elf: Also called Silver Elves, moon elves are one of the most common elf. They lived a nomadic lifestyle, and often interacted with other races.
⦁ Star Elf: Also called Mithral Elves, they are an isolated sub race that lived on a separate plane.
⦁ Sylvan Elf: Also called Sy-tel-quessir. They are considered one race, or two cultures of one race
1. Wood Elf: Also called Copper Elves and ofter confused with Wild Elves. Wood Elves are populous subrace that lived simply in the forests
2. Wild Elf: Also called Green Elves, who are feral, reclusive elves who scorned civilization and it's trappings, preferring a wild existence close to nature
⦁ Drow: A dark-skinned sub race of elves that live in dark places.
⦁ Aquatic Elf: Water breathing elves that are commonly mistook at mermaids.
Sheila continues reading to Willo how elves have a long life. Elves considered adulthood for their race at 110 years of age and living for up to 700 and more years thereafter. Wood and Wild elves have the same age rate as humans, but don't show signs of aging past adulthood. The most obvious changes being a change in hair color either graying or darkening.
Elves also didn't have the need for sleep. So instead of sleeping, the found their rest in a meditative state called Reverie. This was a trance like state that was restful as true sleep but left them aware of their surroundings.
