Kallon runs back out to the courtyard with the remaining Elders, Willo, and Mother Tree. "Did anything else happen?" Kallon asks. Leaph and Arwyn walk over to Kallon. Arwyn looks over Kallon's back. She reaches for the brand and gets a little shock. Arwyn asks."How's Turambil and Mayla?" Kallon turns to look at Arwyn. "I did all that I could for Turambil. He's in a lot of pain. As long as he listens and rests the herbs should do their job and heal him. He shouldn't be permanently blind. I'll say in the next couple of days there will be improvement. Mayla, she's very weak and in a lot of pain. She has a maid watching over her while she sleeps so I could come back and see this done. I have informed the maids that if anything were to change with Turambil and Mayla to come get me right away." Leaph and Arwyn both nod. "Thank you." Gradre says in a low voice. Leigha walks up to Kallon. "I know we were very judgmental of you when you arrived. I am truely sorry. Thank you for what you've done for them." The rest of the council agrees. They all walk up to Kallon. Some give hand shakes, some a pat on the back, and for Leigha and Zaoria they take turns hugging him. Kallon looks around at everyone. "Thank you all. Are you guys ready to try the last spell?" Kallon walks over to Willo. He picks him up and looks into his eyes. "I know you don't know me. Hell, I don't even know if you know what I'm saying, but if you do. Can you please give us a little help here?" Willo just turns his head to the side and babbles. Kallon lets out a small laugh. "You know kid, you're kinda cute." Kallon lay's Willo back on the table and walks over to the first table that hold the rest of the ingredients and the last spell. As Kallon gets what he needs, Leigha walks up to him. "Here, let me do this. I can sense you're in a lot of pain and that you're worried about Mayla. Go to her. We will take care of the rest." Kallon sets the spell down. "Are you sure?" Leaph smiles and nods, "Yes. Go look after little sister." As Kallon starts to walk away he stops and addresses everyone. "Thank you. If you need me..." Leaph cuts him off. "If we need you, we all know where you are. Now go before we change our minds." Kallon nods his head and runs to Mayla's side.
"Now that he's gone, Leaph go in the woods and find a wolf. I'm going to need a fresh heart." Leigha says looking at Leaph with a serious look. "Leigha. We don't do sacrificial magics. There has to be another way." Leigha just stares at Leaph with a blank stare. "I know. We have no other choice. Get the heart." Leaph turns to run into the woods while everyone else is left at the table. Gardre looks around. "We can't do this. It will upset the balance of things. It will upset Mother Tree." Leigha continues to mess around with the ingredients on the table. "Gardre is right. I don't want any part of this." Zaoria says as she begins to walk away. "If you leave the spell wont be as powerful. I need everyone here for this." Leigha snaps. "We don't sacrifice any animal. You need to stop this." Besihal says as he begins to yell. Earendil, Morthil, and Haldir all agree. Arwyn walks over to Willo and begins to pick him up. "We can't do this. There has to be another way. I'm putting a stop to this madness Leigha." When she grabs Willo and starts to life him Leigha comes behind Arwyn and puts a silver knife to her throat. "Put him down. Put him down now or I will use your heart instead of a wolf." Leigha speaks as if her words were venom. By this time, Leaph is walking back to see everything unfold. "Put the knife down Leigha. I have your heart. Threaten another Elder again and I will have no choice but to put an end to you myself. I know that tensions are high and some of us have gotten hurt trying to bind his powers. I will keep this from Turambil. I'm sure all of us will keep this from him. Put the knife down and let Arwyn go." Leigha puts the knife down and walks to Leaph and grabs the heart from his hands. "Good. It's still warm." she says as she turns toward Willo. "I will need to put a few drops on him to anoint him and then I will begin." Leigha walks over to Willo and extends her hand holding the heart. She squeezes it a little and three drops fall. One drop on his forehead, one drop on the tip of his nose and the last drop falls on his lips. Leigha moves back to the table and grabs a red ribbon. She begins to wrap it around the heart.
