Time to

Ponyboy's POV, that night:
Time for the sleep over down in the play room!
It's about 10:30 now. Tommy pops in with his scrubs.

"Pony, I hope you had a great birthday. Don't do anything too stupid because at fifteen it's very tempting." He tells me.

"No promises." I reply.

He sighs, "Figures."

We laugh a little.

"Darry, I'm going to work and I'm taking MaKylee. Also I don't know if I'm coming back here or not? I get off at seven, so I think I'm gonna go to gym and then probably shower and sleep. But I don't know yet?" Tommy taps his fingers on the doorway.

He's majestic as hell.

"Okay." Darry shrugs. Then he gets up and gives him a kiss and a hug, "see you tomorrow."

"see you tomorrow, Love." And Tommy kisses his head and walks off.

Darry turns around blushing, "he called me 'love'." He giggles before coming and sitting back down.

"Y'all are the cutest." Dally says.

"I think Pony and Johnny are the cutest." Darry nods.

"We think Steve and Soda are the cutest." Me and Johnny say in unison.

"Two-bit and Dally are the cutest." Steve and Soda answer.

"Well look at that, we're all just sitting here thinking everyone else is the cutest." Two-bit shrugs.

"Ponyboy, how did you accept that you were gay so fast?" Darry asked me.

"Well for one I never denied it. At least not to myself. I wasn't delusional like you. I didn't want a girlfriend to hide it. But sometimes, specifically when I was at home, I would think about acting straighter because at school, I was basically out. For the most part. When I was closeted at school I kinda felt like 'you either believe I'm straight, or you don't. Fuck you'."
I told him.

"Gagged, I fear." He sighed and shook his head.

"Johnny you tell him your big story." I laughed.

"Not funny." He rolled his eyes, "so I was perfectly gay, right? Like I am now. But I'm eighth grade I had a bisexual phase. No. I decided that I was bisexual. And I had three girlfriends over the course of the school year. And I really made them thought I was into them. Like... But now two of them are lesbian and one is transgender, and straight... it's safe to say I broke them." Johnny sighed.

"I would cry if I dated three girls in a year and they all ended up never liking boys again." Soda cackles.

"That's actually hella embarrassing." Two-bit shakes his head.

"I know!" Johnny smiles.

"How the fuck does that even happen? What did you do to them?" Dally looks genuinely confused and I can't with that.

Me and Darry died laughing.

"Did you ever have to kiss them?" Steve giggled.

"I made out with two of them. Worst thing I've ever done. You know you're not fucking bisexual when a girl ends up on top of you the whole time." Johnny claps with the last two words.
