He made it a goal to spend as much time with Jooyeon as possible no matter what. Knowing that he wasn't able to leave his room, he offered to stay with him. And personally, if Seungmin were given a choice of being in a playroom with others or alone in his own room, he would've chosen the second option.

He didn't want to be anywhere else knowing that his best friend wasn't allowed to enjoy all the things the rest could. It would feel horrible if he were also like them, and not caring about Jooyeon, would've played with toys in the playroom, or even outside.

So they found themselves sitting on the floor in Jooyeon's room. Nothing out of the ordinary. Jooyeon took out his new colouring papers, tossed them, and placed them on the floor presenting each one to Seungmin.

Almost not even letting a quiet sigh out, Seungmin looked once at the paper, once at the monitor, and once at the boy, who was smiling at him very widely. Seungmin eventually picked the one with a starship on it (as it turned out Jooyeon's parents bought him a cosmos themed colouring paper some time ago) and they started the fun.

Saying they both liked colouring the drawings very much would be half true. Seungmin bit his lower lip, looking down at Jooyeon who was lying on the floor; his hand attached to some cable, and he was giggling as from under his fingertips a pretty alien emerged.

Seungmin did not like drawing that much. It annoyed the hell out of him! It was hard not to cross the lines and it took too much time to complete even one drawing, let alone like the result.

Though he did not enjoy doing so, he felt like he had to do that with Jooyeon—he wasn't a dumb boy, he knew what was going on, but he didn't want to say it out loud. And what mattered the most was that it brought a smile to Jooyeon's face and later... could serve Seungmin as a memento.

Seungmin just wanted to do anything to make Jooyeon be joyful. It didn't matter if he would have to suffer like that (drawing really made him this irritated, it was simply not for him). All that was on his mind while doing it now was the fact that his friend seemed to be having a lot of fun now. This was enough for him to bear anything.
