After about two days at the hospital, Fyodor finally was able to go back to home. He was glad, he kind of missed his friend and cat of course.
He walked down the street. It was getting warmer. Everybody was getting tired of this coldness in the air and this unstoppable snow. Only kids seemed to enjoy magic of winter. Nikolai was acting like a child while seeing snow. Few times Fyodor couldn't stop him from making snow angels. Whenever he tried stopping him, white haired boy just was throwing him into the snow. Well, he was mad at him for doing this, but when he was laughing at him, he couldn't yell or just be mat at his friend.
He made it to his apartment in 20 minutes. His cheeks grew red because of the still lingering coolness in the air. It was a nice walk. It was already dark so, it could be kinda scary, but now it just had its amazing scenery.
He entered his home, but the first thing he could hear was something being dropped. He decided to check it after he take off his shoes and coat. He couldn't do it because Nikolai jumped out of the corner and then right at him, hugging him.
''I MISSED YOU!!'' he almost yelled at him, but in his voice was a hint of sadness. Right now Fyodor didn't knew what to do. Hug him back? Just scoot away? He had to do something, he really had to... but now he couldn't do anything at all. He just froze. For some unknown reason... Nikolai kissed him...! Why would he do that!? For some reason raven haired one didn't try to stop him for some weird reason...!
His friend... or whoever he wanted to be, pulled away. At first he was just smiling and looking him in the eyes, but then realization hit him and he scooted away. Was he scared? He looked like that. His almost terrified expression made Fyodor kind of sad, but he didn't knew what to do. He never kissed anyone before, nor did anyone kissed him... especially like that...! What was this reaction to him coming back? He was away just for two days. Did he really missed him so much...?
''o-oh... well, I d-didn't mean to...!'' he was walking backwards, until he tripped on Glupy. The cat got so scared, that she ran off to his bedroom and they could hear something breaking... ''I'm r-really sorry! Please don't h-hate me now!!'' he said while bowing his head.
Fyodor just sighed and reached out to him, trying to help him get up. White haired boy hesitated, but in the end took his hand. As he stood up, he was still bowing his head, apologizing. But for some odd reason... he didn't mind. But Nikolai couldn't see that he's not mad, because of his blank expression. After a second of thinking dark haired boy pulled him into another hug, which took another one a moment to realize and hug him tightly.
''I really am sorry...'' he apologized yet again.
''don't be. I didn't mind... and won't'' why is he saying that!? Isn't it weird? He's his friend! Not some kind of... lover...! Ugh if his mother would see him right now, he wouldn't have life anymore!
Rest of the night they spent on talking, mostly Nikolai, but not only. Then they watched half of the film, on other half they were already asleep. Next to each other.
