Hongjoong || Seonghwa

The next morning, the first rays of sunlight seeped through the hotel curtains, casting a soft glow over the room. I stirred first, my eyes opening to the sight of Hongjoong's peaceful face nestled against my chest. I smiled, my heart swelling with affection. Gently, he tried to rouse me, nudging me lightly.

"Hwa, wake up," Hongjoong whispered, his voice a soothing melody. "Let's shower together."

I merely groaned in response, burrowing deeper into the blankets. "Nooo, too tired," I mumbled, my voice muffled by the pillow. "Let me sleep."

Hongjoong chuckled softly, knowing better than to push. He pressed a kiss to my temple and reluctantly slipped out of bed, heading to the bathroom for a quick shower. The sound of running water filled the room, a gentle backdrop to my quiet snores.

When Hongjoong emerged, freshly showered and wrapped in a towel, he was met with an amusing sight. I was sitting up in bed, a sleepy yet playful glint in my eyes. Before he could say a word, a pillow flew through the air, landing squarely on his chest.

"You were so rough on me last night!" I exclaimed, my voice a mix of mock indignation and genuine exhaustion. "I can't even walk now."

Hongjoong laughed, catching the pillow and tossing it back onto the bed. "Oh, come on," he teased, walking over and sitting beside me. "You didn't seem to mind at the time."

I pouted, though a smile tugged at the corners of my lips. "I do mind now," I grumbled, but the affection in my eyes was undeniable. I leaned against Hongjoong, resting my head on his shoulder. "But I guess it was worth it."

Hongjoong wrapped an arm around me, pulling me close. "You know it was," he murmured, pressing a kiss to my hair. "And I'll make it up to you today. How about breakfast in bed?"

My eyes lit up at the suggestion. "That sounds perfect," I agreed, snuggling closer. "But only if you promise to pamper me all day."

Hongjoong chuckled, the sound a warm vibration against my ear. "Deal," he said, his voice full of love and promise. "I'll take care of everything."

I nodded eagerly, my tiredness slowly giving way to excitement. Hongjoong made the call, placing an order for an array of dishes, ensuring we wouldn't need to leave our cozy sanctuary for the rest of the day. As we waited, I nestled back into Hongjoong's arms, our bodies still warm from sleep and the tender moments we had shared the previous night.

When the food arrived, the room filled with the delicious aroma of pancakes, fresh fruit, eggs, and a variety of other treats. Hongjoong tipped the server generously, making it clear that we wouldn't be needing any more service for the day. As the door closed, sealing us in our private haven, I turned to Hongjoong with a playful grin.

"Let's make a feast of it," I said, my eyes sparkling with mischief.

We arranged the food on the bed, creating a makeshift picnic. I sat on Hongjoong's lap, my bare chest pressed against his, my scars a silent testament to my resilience. Hongjoong's fingers traced the lines of each scar with reverence, his eyes filled with admiration.

"Everything about you is beautiful," Hongjoong whispered, his voice filled with sincerity.

I chuckled softly, my heart swelling with love. "You always know what to say," I murmured, leaning in to kiss him.

We began to eat, feeding each other between kisses. Hongjoong held a forkful of fluffy pancake to my lips, and I took a bite, savoring the sweet taste. I then leaned in, capturing Hongjoong's mouth in a kiss, sharing the flavor with him.
