The Bet (Jitzu)

The dorm was filled with the sounds of laughter and chatter as the members of TWICE gathered in the living room, enjoying a rare evening off together. Jihyo and Tzuyu exchanged nervous glances, silently agreeing that now was the time to share their news.

Jihyo cleared her throat, drawing everyone's attention. "Hey, everyone. Tzuyu and I have something to tell you."Nayeon raised an eyebrow, intrigued. "What is it, Jihyo?"Tzuyu took a deep breath, her hand slipping into Jihyo's for support. "Jihyo and I... we're dating."

A chorus of gasps and excited exclamations filled the room. The members looked at each other, a mixture of surprise and amusement on their faces.

Jeongyeon was the first to recover, a knowing smile spreading across her lips."Well, it's about time!" Jeongyeon said, nudging Nayeon.

Sana clapped her hands together, her eyes twinkling with excitement. "I knew it! I just knew it!"Mina, who had been quietly observing, leaned back with a satisfied grin.

"Guess that settles it."Jihyo and Tzuyu exchanged puzzled looks. "Settles what?" Jihyo asked.

Dahyun chuckled, her eyes sparkling with mischief. "We've had a little bet going on about you two."Tzuyu's eyes widened. "A bet?"

Nayeon nodded, her grin widening. "Yeah, we bet on how long it would take for you two to get together, who would confess first, and if you were already dating."

Jihyo couldn't help but laugh, shaking her head. "You guys are unbelievable."Mina stood up, pulling out a piece of paper from her pocket. "And I believe it's time for me to collect my winnings." She waved the paper in front of them, showing the details of the bet.

Chaeyoung groaned, reaching into her pocket for her wallet. "Fine, fine. How much do we owe you?"Mina smirked, counting on her fingers.

"Let's see, I guessed correctly on all three parts, so that's fifty for each. A total of one hundred and fifty."

Jihyo and Tzuyu watched in amusement as the members grudgingly handed over the money. Mina collected her winnings with a triumphant smile, tucking the bills into her pocket.

"I have to admit," Jihyo said, shaking her head in disbelief, "I'm impressed."Tzuyu squeezed Jihyo's hand, a smile playing on her lips. "Me too. You guys had us figured out, huh?"

Sana wrapped an arm around Jihyo's shoulders, pulling her into a hug. "We know you both too well. But we're happy for you."Jeongyeon nodded, her expression softening.

"Yeah, we're just glad you finally told us. And that you're happy."The room filled with warm congratulations and playful banter, the members teasing Jihyo and Tzuyu good-naturedly. Despite the initial shock, the atmosphere was filled with love and acceptance.

Later that night, as the excitement died down and the members started to head to bed, Jihyo and Tzuyu found themselves alone in the living room. They sat together on the couch, their hands intertwined."Well, that went better than expected," Tzuyu said, leaning her head on Jihyo's shoulder.

Jihyo smiled, pressing a kiss to Tzuyu's forehead. "Yeah, it did. And now we don't have to hide anymore."Tzuyu looked up at Jihyo, her eyes shining with affection.

"I'm glad."Jihyo's heart swelled with love as she gazed into Tzuyu's eyes. "Me too, Tzuyu. Me too."

As they sat together, basking in the warmth of their shared love and the support of their friends, Jihyo couldn't help but feel grateful for the journey that had brought them to this moment. And even though their relationship had started with a secret, it was now something to be celebrated and cherished—just like their love.
