Secretly Dating an Ulzzang

CHAPTER 7

It's been a week since Jeno and Karina were secretly dating. They've been so careful to interact in public to avoid causing issues, when both have their own image to protect.

Dating or loving someone is not a crime but with the present generation, everyone would either praise or judge you no matter what you do.

Karina almost experienced being judged by so many people when her name was involved in a celebrity couple issue. She's been sleepless for several nights because she kept receiving threats and hate from people on and offline.

Karina received a message.

"Bae, do you want to watch movies at our house later? Mom's gonna be out with Junkyu."

Her lips curled up.

"Sure , bae." She replied.

Giselle tapped her shoulder and she immediately hid her phone inside her bag.

"You seemed startled when I tapped you. Are you okay?" her friend asked.

"M-me? I'm fine. Anyone will be startled if you suddenly tap them on their shoulders." Karina awkwardly scratched her nape, avoiding Giselle's gazes.

Instead, she roamed her eyes around the room.

It's almost break time. Ningning and Winter at the front desk are busy re-touching their light make-up.

"What should we get for snacks?" WInter asked, turning her head back to give Karina a questioning look.

"Fries? Do you guys want smoothies?" Karina instantly replied.

"I already ate fries yesterday. How about some hotteok or sandwiches?"

Ningning nodded for approval so the two other girls did.

The bell rang. It's break time.

The girls went to their usual spot after getting their snacks.

Giselle peaked around and then opened her phone.

"Ya! Idiot where are you?"

She waited until her phone received a notification.

"We're coming. Don't make the situation suspicious. Remember, we need to make them spill the truth."

Giselle sent Jaemin a thumbs up.

"Aeri, eat your food. You've been busy with your phone. What's up?" Karina seems to notice her odd behavior.

Giselle seldomly uses her phone while eating so Karina finds it a bit weird.

"Oh, sorry! By the way, does the sandwich taste good Winter?" Giselle changed the topic.

She doesn't want to blow the plan off.

Winter nodded and sipped her strawberry smoothie.

The girls were busy munching their snacks when a group of male species went to their table.

Giselle eyed Karina and she saw how her friend's eyes widened.

"Hey, Wonder pets! Mind if we join you for snacks?" Jaemin started.

The girls did nod, especially Giselle.

Karina seemed hesitant but the boys made themselves comfortable with the seat. What made her still is the presence of her boyfriend.

Jeno tries to not make things awkward so he starts eating.

Jaemin sat beside Giselle and looked at the secret couple meaningfully.
