EPILOGUE

After the death of her mom, Karina devoted her time to several photoshoots and attending fashion events within Korea.

Some other time, she would go to the gym with Jeno to stay fit. She's excited about their anniversary trip in Maldives.

When she received her boyfriend's message that day, she immediately arranged her stuff. It's more convenient for her to fix her luggage ahead of time due to her schedules. There are times that she got sudden appointments that might hinder her other agendas.

When Friday came, Jeno and Karina flew with a business class seat in the airplane towards Maldives. The flight lasted about 9 hours, it was exhausting but for the sake of celebrating their anniversary and some peace of mind, the couple is determined. They are heading to Hulhumale Island through Velana International Airport.

"Oh god! That was a long flight indeed." Karina exclaimed when they had their touchdown on Maldives.

Jeno just chuckled and took her suitcase.

They headed straight to the hotel they booked. They will be spending three days and two nights in a foreign country. They rested for a while before they decided to roam around the island during the night time.

Their very first full day was spent island hopping, and some other fun activities. At night, they had a simple dinner by the beach.

On the second day, they went shopping and toured some other spots in the island. When they went back to the capital, Jeno surprised her with a luxury dinner date.

Karina's in awe when there are still people who can recognize the both of them. As for her, it was really not strange as she can be seen in various billboards, modelling well-known brands. But what surprised her more is her boyfriend's popularity.

She knew that Jeno is popular in their country as one of Korea's pride in archery but she realized that he still have fans from other countries.However, there are some girls that we're not really a fan of him nor the archery but they won't stop giggling and asking for his number.

Can't you all see that he's with me?

She doesn't want to admit the jealousy she is feeling but it shows in her actions.

Everytime there are some girls that keep on pursuing him, she would walk faster and away from him. Her boyfriend would notice her sudden mood change and would excuse himself to the crowd.

Jeno can't help but chuckle whenever he sees Karina being sulky.

"Calm down, woman. Should I remind you again that I'm yours?" Jeno tried to sweet talk her but it seems like it's not working. Or maybe Karina just wanted to act tough.

"Remind yourself instead that you're mine," she rolled her eyes at him.

"Love, c'mon. You're just jealous about nothing." Jeno took her hand and intertwined their fingers.

"I love you." he added.

Karina couldn't help but to blush.

"Stop the sweet talks Lee Jeno." She wanted to keep her cool but the guy kissed her in front of other tourists in the restaurant.

They are now heading to Jeno's surprise.

Closing in on the place, Jeno suddenly blindfolded her.

"Stay still and trust me, okay?" Jeno whispered.

Karina wants to complain but Jeno's words comfort her. He guided her until they reached the spot.

On the private patio of the hotel, Jeno prepared a luxurious set up with classical music playing in the background.
