I don't know why but i feel like my parents are up to something.. Like from morning, they are constantly busy on phone and when not then they are busy with some preparations.. But then I shrugged..

Currently, we are having lunch when Papa said,"Be ready at four,we need to go to see the girl.."

And hearing that,the spoon slipped from my hand making a thud sound and my eyes went wide, like really, this guys found the girl just in a day??

To get defense on my side I look towards mumma with pleading eyes like plss do something and cancel this meet but she just shrugged making it clear that she too is involved in this..

Reluctantly, I bobbed my head in yes and saying,"Am done for the day", I got up and went to my room..

Just when we were done with the lunch,Aai announced about meeting a guy and his family today for alliance purpose, today at four leaving me flabbergasted..

Though I wanted to say no, but seeing that this time nothing is gonna make them change their decision, I just agreed reluctantly..

I know that I can't do anything much in this case, I thought I would just reject the guy and hence this topic for today would come to an end..

Shrugging off my all thoughts, I started scrolling social media, the news if our breakup hot all over.. Exiting social media, my phone wallpaper appeared, which was our photo from one of our day out, reminding me of our golden moments, making me vulnerable..

Somehow I controlled my emotions when Aai knocked the door and entered my room..

"Teju, It's Three, get ready now, the guy and his family will be coming in an hour.." Aai said and then went towards my wardrobe and took a nice and simple kurti set and giving it to me, left from the room..

And that's when I realised that I was being lost in my thoughts from last two hours but then chucking all my thoughts off,I went to get ready..

Owing to Mumbai traffic, my parents basically forced me to get ready at 2.30 and then we left the home together at three.. When we went downstairs, Parvez was ready with the car and as papa occupied the passenger sit, I sat with mumma at back seat..

I was so lost in my thoughts that I didn't even pay attention to the route and it wasn't till the time we reached, I realized that we are at Teju's home.. Papa ordered me to get down and that's when realisation stroke me that the girl is none other than Teju whom we have came to see..

We were welcomed in by Aai and Baba, and as usual I took their blessings.. We got seated on the sofa.. And seeing the all calm house, I got the idea that she too is unaware about me be the guy, she is gonna meet..

Soon she too came downstairs, all decked up in a simple kurti set, bluish grey in colour with her hair being soft curled and her face as usual devoid of makeup with only a light pink coloured lipstick on her lips.. She looked beautiful as usual..

But as soon as her eyes landed on me, her big doe eyes went wide, making her shock way too evident.. "Fuddu" I thought, chuckling in my mind..

But then when Aai nudged her, she came ahead and took blessings from mumma and papa.. Before we both could say anything, our parents dropped the boom on us..

"So, now that you both know who the person is you are seeing for the marriage,so let me make it clear that you both are getting married next week..Don't even think to deny us, as anyway this marriage is gonna happen,if you want or not.." Papa declared..

"If you both wanna discuss or talk with each other, then you can go upstairs and have a talk.." Said Aai..

And the elders went on with discussing about the wedding, while we both did nothing but listened to their talks, knowing we don't have any say into it..

So, finally both got arranged.. But will really this wedding happen?? And even if it happens,then what will happen??
