Chapter Five

• AUTHOR'S POV •

As per the decision taken by their parents,both Karan and Teju, today are here standing in front of the holy fire, taking the pheras in the auspicious moments..

Both of their siblings have made it to the Punjab, the very next day when their parents informed that they would come..

After the pheras, Karan was made to fill Teju's hairline.. After that he made her wear the mangalsutra.. And then completing the holy rituals both were announced to be husband and wife...

They were made to take blessings from their parents and the elders present there.. And soon they complete the after marriage rituals too and hence, as now everything was completed, they were made to proceed towards the Karan's room which was now their room..

As soon as both went inside, they stood there facing each other awkwardly.. But then, Teju excused herself and went to closet to change while Karam went and sat on the bed thinking about the recent events..

As soon as change came after changing, Karan went to the closet to change while she got settled down on bed, thinking about the recent events..

As our parents decided, they finally got us married but what they didn't knew was that, now our relationship is beyond the curing phase.. I still remember the night when our life turned upside down, like we had just cleared our misunderstanding and were happy, went out for dinner but as soon as we were back, I don't know what happened that he started excusing me..

But then I know better to think about that event and hence for now I shrugged it off.. I really don't know, if I should be happy right now that I married the person I loved the most or be sad that our relationship would never be the same as it was before..

I can really see how the things were different now like though poonam dii, Gaurav Jiju, madhu dii,and Sameer jiju are behaving nicely and sweetly with me Or I say both of us but still they are somewhat upset about how we broke up and the situation we are getting married.. Poonam dii's kids; Arjun, bharat and Veer while Madhu dii's sweet cutie;Veda, are all chill and really excited as I officially became their family member, their mami.. Though Arjun and bharat knows about the whole situation as they are adults but Veer and Veda being 16 and 12 years old, are still oblivious of the things going on which is quite good..

While I can see Pra and Meenu dii being at logger head like totally ignoring each other and even their indifference towards me and Karan.. For Pra, he thinks due to Karan, I got hurt while For Meenu dii, Karan got hurt due to me..

But if I say genuinely then, both of their behavior hurts, yeah both not only Meenu dii's but Pra's too as he can't just ignore or taunt Karan assuming something, when we both were involved in the relationship.. But I can't do anything..

While thinking all of these, I dozed off.. The sun came soon next morning, and disturbing my beauty sleep with its rays. . And hence, I finally thought to get up..

I remembered that I slept in sitting position but when my sleep broke I was lying on bed.. I very well know who can it be, but lets just ignore it..

After getting ready in a beautiful red saree with my face devoid of any makeup except for the lip tint and leaving my hair open, I went down.. As Aai had instructed me yesterday, I took every elders blessing the morning..

Mumma asked me about Karan, which I replied that he is still sleeping and hence then she sent Madhu dii to wake him up.. While we waited for him as we can't start the pooja before he comes as it's necessary to be done by both bride and groom..

I was being lost in my thoughts and hence I didn't get what happened but my reverie got broken due to shouting voices of Meenu di, who was arguing with Mumma.. I was really shocked like how can I be so lost that I didn't notice the argument but then I listened her saying,

"Jab yeh shaadi unn dono ki marzi se nhi hui toh yeh sab rasme karne ka kya fayda?? Are usse bhi jyada, when you know that she hurted sunny you all made them get married,like how can you??"

"Meenu di, though I respect you a lot and really think if you as Teju but if you speak something about her I won't tolerate..And she didn't hurt anyone it was your brother who has hurted her.." Pra said in a stern voice, which he rarely uses..

"Tumhe kab tumhari behen mai kamiya dikhti hi hai??" Said Meenu dii..

"Toh aapko konse aapke bhai ki kamiya dikhti hai??" Pra said, while we all stood at our places, seeing them arguing..

Thank god Veer and Veda are not present here.. I thought..

"Cause I know my brother that he won't hurt anyone.." Said Meenu dii..

"My sister won't hurt anyone intentionally..i know her.." Said Pra..

Their argument turned nasty which was too much for me to take as both Meenu dii and Pra, both are really dear to my heart.. I don't know what happened to me but I saw some black dots in front of my eyes and then lost my consciousness but the last thing I heard was,

"Stop it Meenu,your brother is no saint, even I can make mistakes and this time it was me who has hurted her.."

That was it, after that I had lost my consciousness..

Uhmm.. Ahmm.. Finally an update.. For now you all stay in cliffhanger while I will just go and think about next plot for the story..

And yeah doo read, "THEIR JOURNEY TO FOREVER "  And plss complete the target too as from now on I won't update the next part of respective story until and unless you complete the target of respective story..
