CHAPTER TWENTY ONE

Time was passing by quickly and even quite happily as Teju now was getting a bit normal with Karan like she won't hesitate to take comfort from him which was kinda a big relief for Karan..

While their shoots were still the same.. And anyways it was only for another twenty days that they need to shoot as the show is now finally coming to thr end... On the other side, their managers were having constant calls for their interview like both of them together but Karan had cancelled all of them owing to Teju's health but he did discussed with her about that and she too didn't wanted to give any interview owing to their relationship strain, like acting in front of media is the thing she didn't wanted and hence the interviews were cancelled..

Today, having the off day, the morning was quite peaceful in perspective of Teju's health as her morning sickness is now reduced and today it wasn't there.. And hence, after having breakfast and helping mumma with the chores of house in the morning,she now being free started doing the work which was needed to be done for her own fashion brand which is is thinking to launch...

Fashion brand of her own is her dream and hence now she wanna continue with it as she is anyways gonna have some break from the work.. She had always dreamt of enjoying the phase of her pregnancy with her baby and hence now that it is there,she do wanna enjoy it but without compromising with her professional front.. And hence, she decided why not just plan the journey for her fashion brand..

It was around 10.30 am when she had started with her work.. And every 15 to 20 minutes, Karan would barge into the room either with some food or some drink.. Though it was a cute gesture but at the same time a bit irritating as she wasn't able to do her work.. After her denying for the juice, he has just went out of the room and Teju was damn sure that exactly after 15 minutes from now, he would come again with some food..

And the same thing happened, after 15 minutes,Karan entered the room, now with a plate of food in his hand, which had some fruits in it, and then came and sat beside her and said,

"Teju, baby, it's quite a time that you had ate something,so why not you have some fruits?? See I got you some.."

"Karan, am not hungry, so..." Teju replied, trailing off at last, giving Karan a hint to leave her alone but that stupid guy had some others plans..

"Teju, it's been nearly two and a half hours from the time you had last had something..And you even had minimal breakfast which can be considered negligible..So, you are in a dire need to have something..so please eat these fruits.." Karan replied back, giving her the exact cue that he isn't gonna leave until she eats something and this only acted as the fuel in her irritation and hence, her last string of patience got broken and then she bursted out,

"When I said that i don't wanna have anything,then I don't wanna have it,can't you understand that simple thing?? Or you need to nag at me with everything..like everytime,we are at home, you won't leave me alone..and even if you leave then it would be for like 15-20 minutes where you would make a round to kitchen, bringing something either to eat or drink...And this is freaking irritating..like from past two and a half hours like you stated, I have been trying to concentrate on my work but you won't lemme do that...For God sake Karan, am pregnant not Ill.."

She was cut off by Karan, who said,

"Teju, baby, take a break, it isn't good for you to speak out everything in a breathe..Atleast take some breathe and then you can continue..you know??"

He had this way too much innocent expression just like those of the baby, which just irritated her more and hence pulling her hair in frustration, she stomped her leg and then left the room while Karan sat there taking in her words trying to understand what made her blast on him, not that, her blasting made him sad but instead he was happy that she finally expressed some emotion but then realising she had left the room,he too went out only to find Mumma and Papa sitting there with confused expressions.. Seeing them confused, Karan asked,

"Why you both having frowns in your forehead?? Aur yeh Teju kaha hai??Fruits bhi nahi khaye..Are subah se kuch khaya hi nhi hai..Kaha gayi woh??"

"She went outside,saying that she's gonna go visit her parents.." Papa replied while Mumma got the whole scenario..

"Sunny,ki kitta Tu??" Mumma asked him..

"Maine kya kiya?? I didn't do anything.." He replied being confused..

"Think about it.." Saying so both,Mumma and Papa went to their room while Karan got settled on the sofa, with him, himself eating the fruits from the plate thinking what did he did.. But even after  eating, whole of the fruits that were in the plate, he couldn't reach the conclusion and hence keeping the plate there, he called Mumma, who came outside hearing his call...

"What happened?? Why are you shouting this much,bursting our ears.." Said Mumma, coming out of the room..

"Aap batao, kya hua hai?? What did I do??Aur Teju kyu gayi hai Aai-baba k ghar??And even that why did she told me that she is pregnant nit sick??" He asked Mumma..

While Mumma sat beside her and said,

"Sunny,it's hormonal..And even you are not helping her with that..You every,15 minutes go to her with some or the other thing..Karan,you are treating her as if she is sick and bit pregnant..Like you wouldn't let her so smallest of the thing even if she just wanna go discard her plate in the sink, you won't let her do..Sunny,there's no need to treat her differently,she just wants that..she just wanna be normal but aren't letting her be normal..So now, please let her do everything she wanna do, I know you always support her with everything she wanna do, but stopping her doing the normal chores is irritating her, so just let her be the way she wanna be..and anyways,it's good to do work in pregnancy like being active physically,working out,doing some activities,help you out during delivery.."

Saying so Mumma left from there while sat there sinking in the words that Mumma had just said..

The time passed by quickly and now it was almost dinner time... And at Teju's maternal home, Aai was making the dining table, placing the plates and the dishes that she had made for the dinner and that's when Teju came downstairs and observed that Aai had made even Karan's favorite dishes and she asked frowning,

"Yeh, Karan ki favorites kyu banayi hai??"

"Karan k liye.." Came his voice from the back, which only made Teju frown more but then she shrugged it off and continued with the dinner and to her surprise, today Karan didn't stopped her.. After getting done with the dinner, they were now in Teju's bedroom, that is their room, sitting with the much peace in the environment.. And then, breaking the silence, Teju spoke,

"What are you doing here?? Why don't you just leave me alone??"

"Nahh, am not gonna leave you alone..Never..Iss baar pichli baar ki tarah akela nahi chodunga.." He replied while the atmosphere again got silent but the only difference was that his replied made Teju feel happiness surrounding her heart....

Not getting any reply from her, he spoke,

"Umm, Teju,am sorry for somehow not allowing you to work in peace and disturbing you but i promise,I won't ever do it, from now on.."

"Hmm.." Teju replied bobbing her head while her head still buried in the magazine she was ready but hearing her just humm too made him happy.. And that's it, the happiness surrounded the atmosphere, calling it off for the day..
