I would mind it saying that i was shocked when I saw mumma,papa and Karan.. Like seriously, now our parents have come on to getting us hitched forcefully but this time i know better than to rebel...

Both of our parents are discussing about our wedding, but we both are sitting quietly, doing nothing but listening to their talks..

According to their planning, Pra (Pratik), Meenu dii, Madhu dii and poonam dii with her family will be coming directly to Punjab.. Yeah, we are getting married in Punjab, at their mansion.. While our parents will be flying, tomorrow early morning.. And we will be following them, day after tomorrow. .

After they were done with discussion, Aai and Mumma went to kitchen to arrange the dinner at dinning table while Aai assigned me the work to make rotis..

After we all were done with the dinner,again the discussion for wedding clothes started.. While we agreed on a saree for me while a simple sherwani for Karan.. Soon,they left while I silently came to my room..

- AUTHOR'S POV -

The following morning, their parents left for the Punjab.. The day went as usual for both of them, that is, Teju being at home, finishing her packing and the tasks assigned by Aai while Karan did his shoot..

It was almost four in the evening when Teju got a call from Aai saying,that Karan would be there for dinner at night and hence she have to prepare dinner for both of them..

While on the other side, Karan too got a call from papa saying that he need to go to Teju's house for dinner, and having no other option he agreed..

As said, Karan reached wayangankar house at 7.30 in the evening and he was not so warmly welcomed by Teju..

As soon as he got settled on the sofa, Teju said,

"You very well know, what is kept where so you can have what suits you well and for dinner,you can make what you wanna make.."

And then she went to kitchen to make herself paneer bhurji and roti.. While Karan sat there shocked like how can she do this but then followed her to kitchen and said,

"You know right that if I say this to aai then you are gone??"

"Ohh,so now like a 4 year old, you are gonna complain to Aai??" Teju said, with nonchalant expression and then added,

"Okay, so do it,suits a crybaby well.."

"Excuse me, did you just called me a crybaby??" He asked raising his eyebrow..

"Did I pointed you out??" She questioned back instead of answering while raising her brow..

"It's useless to talk to you.." Said Karan and then washing his hands, he went towards fridge to search something to make while Teju just continued with making her food..

Going for the safest option, he took an egg from the refrigerator but then stopped remembering something,

"It was their day off and both were sitted in the hall when they decided to cook something for luncha a his cook was on a leave today and hence they made their way to the kitchen..

While Teju started making dough for the rotis, he went to refrigerator and fetched some eggs and other necessary ingredients for egg burji as soon as he placed them on the platform, teju said,

'Sunny, it's tuesday today, so no eggs, you forgot??'

While he nodded but then frowned and asked, 'But egg nahi toh kya banaye?? Kyunki yeh khana banane mai hum dono hi fuddu hai.. '

'Get some paneer from the fridge, we would make that and Mr.you are a fuddu in cooking, m not, I atleast know survival cooking and some other dishes too... ' Replied Teju while narrowing her eyes at last.. "

Then his reverie got broken as a something fell down in the kitchen with a thud sound and then he went ahead with starting his cooking..

He then started making egg while on the other side, Teju who was chopping onions for the bhurji, her eyes went on him, taking her to a flashback,

"It was a shooting day for both of them but Karan got free a bit earlier and hence decided to do something special for her and made a conclusion to cook for her..

When she returned back, she found him in the kitchen,making egg half fry which unfortunately got burned as the flame was high and now he,sulking over that but then she went and back hugged him while after that both continued with the cooking.."

But then her reverie got broken when she accidentally got a cut on her finger while chopping and as a reflex she shrieked loudly, which startled Karan too and then leaving all his cooking aside, he shifted his attention to her and took her to basin washing her injured finger, scolding her while she kept staring at him..

But then soon both of them realized what they were doing and hence,got back to their work, trying to ignore the awkwardness between them..

Karan being not so good could make half burnt omelette while teju made her food quite well.. But then seeing that his food is not so good for eating, she made a plate for him too and served him at the table, in front of him and getting settled on her usual chair, started eating..
