Yoon took her hand, feeling the tremble of her nervous touch. He held it close to his heart, while she hung her head, burdened by shame for what had transpired.

"Syung, I could never blame you for what happened. Your father and Lee Bo Va are responsible. Even though your father believed he was doing the right thing, knowing what he thought best for you, he should have recognized your feelings," he said. Tears welled up in Syung's eyes; she could scarcely meet his gaze.

He gently lifted her face towards his. As she closed her eyes, tears began to stream down. "The one thing I remember upon waking in the hospital was the light in your eyes and the smile that always soothed me. I've loved you since the moment I first saw you, and nothing could ever change that, not even now," he confessed.

You, Syung, got me through it all, held me when you weren't there, and gave me the strength to get better and come home. Don't ever think you are to blame for any of this; it's not your fault."

Yoon was relieved to have said it out loud... he had held it in for so long, his love for her never wavered.

Syung collapsed into his arms, clinging to him and sobbing without restraint.

"It's okay... I love you..." Yoon whispered to her.

The room fell silent as Syung embraced him until her tears stopped. An hour later, she was asleep in his arms.

He kissed her forehead, lifted her gently, and laid her on the bed. Sitting beside her, he watched her sleep for a moment, then checked the time, covered her, kissed her goodnight, and left the room.

Taking his coat and keys, he noted the snow had ceased. As he drove home, he pondered her words and his feelings. Soon, he would depart from Busan, knowing he had to tell her.

The streets were quiet and picturesque, as winter delivered its final snowfall. March was approaching quickly, and he marveled at the sight of his home in winter. To Yoon, winter symbolized a time of cleansing and rest, and heralding transformation.

Would she marry him and leave Busan? It would be a challenging choice for her, now that she's the Chairman of her father's company. Could she relinquish it?

Yoon arrived home and hurried inside, feeling the stillness of the house. He went to shower and prepared for bed. The day was emotionally charged. Su Bin was set to announce the board. Yoon had significantly improved the company's portfolio, strengthening it. He was content, knowing she would excel in her position.
