Spring was transforming Busan; the trees were budding and Yoon's time had come to an end in Busan. He embraced his sister and departed for the airport. A month passed without a word from Syung he refrained from contacting her fearing it would upset her further.
He glanced back at the city, bid farewell, and arrived at the airport. After checking in, he waited for his flight, feeling saddened by a love he had waited his whole life for, only to see it end on a decision she was not ready to make. It troubled him. He had hoped she would have at least said goodbye.
It was boarding time, and Yoon looked back, hoping she would see him off. She never showed up.
He boarded his plane and silently said his goodbyes to the place that had shaped his life. Syung Mi was leaving Bealk Industries; she knew in her heart that she loved Yoon more than anything, She even doubted her decision to cut him off. After much soul searching... she could not bring herself to give up everything her father had worked for in the industry. She went home, tears welling in her eyes. She looked at her phone, wanting to call him, but her decision not to contact him weighed heavily on her mind.
Yoon's flight took off, and he closed the chapter of his life, ready to build a new one.
Five months had passed, and Yoon had successfully established his foundation, becoming extremely busy as it ranked among the top 50 most successful foundations in a short period. Syung, observing his success, felt a yearning for him in her heart. She regretted not contacting him before his departure. Meanwhile, Bealk Industries was thriving. With trusted individuals in key positions and after the strategic removal of certain board members, she injected new life into the company. She continued to influence the process solely as a pivotal board member.
She overreacted to Yoon and regretted it. She contacted Yoon's sister to test the waters and see if he was dating anyone now. She and Su Bin met for dinner and discussed what had happened during the last month Yoon was in Busan.
"What is keeping you here Mi, go to him..." Su Bin told her. The tears started to fall and she nodded her head and gave in.
Su Bin smiled and hugged her...
Mi left to make flight plans... she would go to him and tell him she would come to him if he still wanted her. Yoon was preparing for a foundation event. Su Bin gave her, her invite.
MI left for England the very next day she did not tell him she was coming.
