Sorry this took so long!! Life got in the way!
I am fully aware that Bacherlorette parties were likely not historically accurate but its fiction SO oh well.

What Daniel had told her settled in Maeve's brain for the next few weeks. Why on earth would Marvolo want from the school, and why would he want to take it over.
It seemed like such a mundane thing to try and take control of.
Maeve had decided to focus on the wedding, which was the entire purpose of her moving back into Feldcroft in the first place. The whole idea of having a bacherlorette party seemed like a good idea until they had to plan a way to get Poppy Sweeting to actually enjoy it.
Maeve had to recruit the rest of her friends in order to pull something like this off, telling Poppy that they were just going to Ireland for a weekend.
A quiet weekend.
When in reality, they had booked out a few rooms at the Leaky Cauldron in London, inviting almost everyone from their entire year at school. That being said, the second they walked into the bar with a blindfolded Poppy, who instantly recognized the scent of the place, was not a happy witch.
But after a long, and a very long convincing at that. The bridal party were perched at the bar with every girl from there in the crowded bar.
"How did you even afford all this." Poppy grumbles lifting her glass of champagne. Maeve gave her a sheepish smile which just caused Poppy to roll her eyes.
Of course it was Ominis, how could Poppy expect to be marrying into one of the richest families and not have him pay for the extravagant party.
"But it was all Maeve's idea." Addy said clapping Maeve on the back. Maeve wasn't entirely sure how to approach her about her relationship with Sebastian. She had known the Hufflepuff had a crush on him for as long she has known her.
"Come on, wasn't all her." Natty tilted her glass and sent a wink her way. Maeve grinned and turned out to the crowd. "Though inviting Weasley's girlfriend seems a little..."
"Weird?" Poppy says.
"Strange?" Addy makes a face and Maeve pouts.
"Why is it weird?" Maeve crosses her arms across her chest, her pink dress short but flowy, moving every time her body did.
"She's dating your ex boyfriend." Adelaide says rolling her eyes.
"But that doesn't matter now." Poppy elbowed her and Maeve turned red. Her entire face feeling like it was going to burn right off there.
"What does she mean by that?" Natty narrows her eyes, leaning forward with her elbows on her knees, face in her hands.
"Who are you seeing?!" Addy screeches clutching onto her arms jumping up and down causing her drink to spill. Maeve wasn't entirely sure what had her more appalled, the child like reaction or the spilled alcohol. It was rather expensive champagne.
"You'll never guess." Poppy smirked and Maeve shot her daggers.
"Sebastian." Natty and Adelaide chimed in unison.
Maeve's jaw dropped immediately, completely stunned that they would even guess that right away.
"You really weren't secretive at Christmas." Adelaide murmured gulping another sip of her drink. Maeve's face flushed even more, perhaps it was the music that was getting louder by the enchanted instruments or perhaps it was the drink that made her feel warm on the inside.
