Was this my punishment? This was the punishment of the church because I did a grave sin by touching myself?
Or this was Lewis punishing me because I didn't get Danny Rozovsky to get into our church?
I didn't say a word. I was just looking at Lewis telling us all members to give everything we have for the church. Properties, money. All the earthly belongings should be surrendered to our church. I already did that. I gave everything for Lewis. My money, my car. I had nothing in my possession now just the faith I have in this church.
Our members, especially the new ones were excited to offer whatever they had to Lewis. Cash, car keys, house title. All they could give and never left any for themselves. All were crying, begging of never-ending forgiveness and blessing from Lewis.
Then I heard a loud clap.
"How much if I buy this whole church?"
Nanlaki ang mata ko. Kilala ko ang boses na iyon.
Paglingon ko ay nakita kong nakaupo sa dulo ng chapel si Danny Rozovsky at naninigarilyo pa habang naka-dekuwatro at nakadipa ang isang kamay sa sandalan ng pew.
