I felt a pair of lips on mine, blowing air into my lungs. I felt the water being forced out of my lungs.

I opened my eyes, coughing. I blinked a couple of times, adjusting to the light. Water erupted from my mouth, making me cough again.

Midoriya looked at my worriedly, "Izumi... are you ok?" I nodded.

"What happened?" I asked, wringing the water out of my hair.

"The portal guy split the class up. Tsu found you in the water and brought you onto the bought." He explained, helping me sit up.

"Midoriya gave you cpr." Mineta added.

"I had to! She wasn't breathing!" Midoriya explained, his cheeks grew red.

"It's ok. I understand." I smiled at him. I sighed, there goes my first kiss...

Tsu helped me stand up, "So, what the plan? Kero."

"We should probably get off this boat and away from the water." Midoriya said. We all nodded. I shivered slightly.

"Theres... 5- no 6 people in the water." I spoke up.

"Izumi, can you swim?" Midoriya asked me.

"Bold of you to assume I've been to a pool or a beach." I said.

"You... you can't swim?" Tsu asked in disbelief.

"I've had two pieces of technology stuffed in my ears since I was five. No, I can't swim!" I huffed. My cheeks grew pink, telling people you can't swim is so embarrassing.

"It's ok, just hold onto me, and you'll be ok." Midoriya patted my head. I nodded.

"I'll swim with Izumi. Tsu, you have to swim Mineta over to land. Izumi, I need you to tap me if you hear someone coming, ok?" Midoriya came up with a plan. We all nodded. Tsu jumped into the water with Mineta.

"You ready?" Midoriya asked as I wrapped my arms around his neck. I nodded.

He held onto my waist and jumped off the boat. Before we hit the water, I took a big breath of air.

Midoriya swam as fast as he could, I tapped on him every now and then to tell him to turn directions because someone was near.

We were so close to escaping when I tapped on him repeatedly. There was a person getting closer and closer.

I kicked my legs, trying to help Midoriya swim faster, but it wasn't helping. I will admit I was so scared.

The guy grabbed onto me, dragging me away from Midoriya and deeper into the water. I kicked at the guy, but he wouldn't let go. He stabbed my leg with his claws, digging them into my thigh. I screamed out in pain. Water flooded my mouth again.

That's when Tsu grabbed onto me and helped me out of the water.

We ran toward a smaller body of water and stayed low to the ground. When I looked up, I saw something that scared me for the rest of my life.

My dad was face first in a pool of his own blood. Skin was peeling off of his elbow, and his bones were swelling, probably broken. Sweat and blood drenched his hair. He was barely breathing.

"No... no..." I mumbled, standing up.

Midoriya grabbed my arm, pulling me closer to him. I struggled in his arms, trying to get out of his grip. His hand covered my mouth as tears rapidly fell from my face.

My dad was getting killed, and I couldn't do shit about it.

My hands traveled to my ears, I couldn't block out the noise. I could hear everything. Every splash of water against the surface, the skin peeling off of my dad's elbow, his ragid breathing, explosions, and fighting in the distance.

Everything happened so fast, and a hand came toward Tsu.

"Huh?" The villain let out a confused noise. We all looked over at my dad. His red eyes pierced the villain.

If only I could help. If only my quirk was useful...

The bird thing smashed my dad's head into the ground again, I could hear a bone crack.

"Dad!" I yelled out, my voice booming across the battlefield. Everyone held their ears in response.

The bird thing started running toward us when a punch connected with its face.

"Don't worry! Cause I am here!" A familiar voice shouted out. Once the dust settled, we could all see All Might standing proudly.

I didn't waste any time and got out of Midoriya's hold. I slid past the villains and ran toward my dad.

"Nomu! Attack!" The blue haired villain shouted.

The Nomu immediately attacked All Might. He fought back, keeping the Nomu away from my dad and I.

"Dad?" I kneeled down, moving his hair out of his face.

"Kid... you need to get out of here..." he coughed up blood. He cupped my cheek with his hand.

"No! I won't leave you here!" I placed my hand on top of his.

"Please... I don't want to lose both of my girls..." he pleaded with me. I could see the tears forming in his eyes.

I picked him up and carried him on my back. I started walking away from the battlefield. I walked as fast as I could. He was so heavy but I couldn't stop. I couldn't falter. He could die.

My legs started to shake as I carried him. That's when I met up with Ida.

"Ida!" I called out to him. He turned around.

"Aizawa and Aizawa!?" He rushed over to him.

"My dad... he needs... help..." I struggled to stand.

"You're bleeding!" He helps me stand.

"He needs more help than I do. There aren't many villains nearby... the portal guy is distracted..." I explained.

"Take my dad and run. Go get help. You have to. Please." I held onto his arm.

He nodded and took my dad, "I'll be back. Stay safe."

"You too." I smiled at him.

I limped toward a bush. If I couldn't help fight, then I should stay out of the way. I wouldn't want to cause any more trouble.

I sat down in a  bush. I closed my eyes only for a second, and then everything went black.

Please let my dad be ok...
