Driving Around Town

She woke up next to him. She was on the wet spot. She didn't mind. She rested here head on Johnny's shoulder. "I thought today we would find you some nice things to wear in Europe. Don't lose any more weight," he grabbed her butt.  She had lost twenty pounds.  Dr. Kitzmiller was pleased, but he dropped the bomb.   "You are one of the very rare women, women men sought out to have as wives as they bore many children."   She looked at Dr. Kitzmiller, puzzled.   She knew not to mention she was dating Johnny Fucking Depp.  "Honey, you mentioned hot flashes, but darling you are just entering menopause.  You might need protection."  She laughed it off.  She got up and went to the bathroom.  Johnny watched her walk to the bathroom.  She looked so sweet.   She got back into bed where he wished her a very good morning.

  They had a simple breakfast, as there was lots to do.    He knew some GREAT plus sized boutiques to go to.  "I did my research," he told her.   He loved her enough to do that.   They had lunch and a picture of them was snapped.   "Just go with it, darling," he told her.   "Look I want the world to know that you are my girl.  June is going to be busy, but you will be with me most of July.   How did the job take it?"  Karen mentioned a few college kids were hired and were fine with working a lot.  He smiled and said, "good" as he kissed her hand.   After lunch they shopped some more, Travis behind them the whole time.  "That is something you are going to have to get used to, AND at home.  I hired a guy to live with you and be at work with you.  After all, you are my girl."  

  After the shopping, they went home and did it some more.  One time when they were doing it she even said to herself, "Dr. Kitzmiller is an old quack.  It could never happen."   Johnny had a guest for dinner and it was Lily Rose.  Karen thought,"She's skinny, she is going to be so judgmental."  However, she was one of the sweetest girls she had met.   "I am glad you are with my dad.  He seems very happy and he showed me the swim pictures.  You remind me of my mom."  Swim pictures.   Johnny loved her beauty, but he knew Greg was always looking at her.  In one picture it was obvious.  She was next to him in most team pictures.   He remember Lily Rose saying, "I didn't know mom swam."

    After dinner, he told her, "I am going to take you on an evening drive.  I have  never given you a proper tour.  Thirty years ago, I wish I could have taken you to town.  I would have had you near me at the Viper Room."  Karen looked at him and said, "I am just a nobody."  Johnny stopped the car, took her face and said, "You aren't a nobody.  You are my girl.  NEVER FORGET IT!!!"  He parked the car and kissed her face and kissed it hard.  "I love you.  Never forget it!"   The next day, the whole world would know.   Life was really going to change for Karen.   Work was going to be odd.   Whoever was supposed to watch her had to stay at the cafe and a new person would be flown in to stay at the house.   Mark would become her favorite.   However, Malcom and Ron would be good friends.  

    At that moment, a lot of change was going on, but Johnny said, "Let's just go home."  He held her hand on the bride home.   He was gentle.  He would look at her and say, "You are not a nobody.  You are my girl." It was a nice drive. She felt almost normal. Sean was in front and Sterling was behind them. Johnny thanked them both and took her in the house. He kissed her in the infamous kitchen, leaning her against the counter. They didn't even made it up to the bedroom, they had sex in those infamous leather couches and Karen giggled to herself, "I will never look at these couches the same ever again." When Johnny pulled out a puddle went all over tree floor and the couch. Karen wondered who would sit there next. He took her upstairs, leaving her clothes all over the living room, and he began to make love to her in the bed. Again, she fell on him. She was going to be one tired girl when she got back Monday afternoon.

"I don't want to leave," I told him.
"And I don't want to leave either and to leave you while I am in Europe."
"I can't wait until July."
"Same, babe. Same, and I will be at the airport waiting for you."

It made her smile and she fell asleep against him, smelling like Johnny and Sauvage.
