Suzy's POV

I woke up this morning and got ready for my first day at the new university. Being back in Seoul after years feels so different yet familiar.

I wanted to go to my house to meet Mom and my sis, but I controlled myself. If I went back again, there wouldn't be any use of me living away from my family all this time.

I looked at the time and widened my eyes. "Great job, Suzy. You are late on your first day!" I scolded myself and rushed to take my bags.

I rushed outside and took a taxi, thinking I might get to university before I got even later, but it seemed like the whole world was against me. Just when I thought everything was going great, the taxi suddenly stopped.

"What happened, Ahjussi?" I asked the driver. He looked at me with an apologetic face.

"I think the engine is having some problem. Give me a few minutes, I'll repair it," the driver said as he went outside and opened the front to look at the engine.

I sighed, feeling the frustration build up inside me. "Of course, this had to happen today," I muttered under my breath.

Looking at my watch, I calculated the time I had left to make it to the university on time. The minutes seemed to slip away, each second adding to my anxiety.

I sighed heavily when I saw what the time was now. I was supposed to be at the university before lunch started, and there were only 7 minutes left. I was definitely late today.

After what felt like hours, I finally reached the university. And of course, I was late. I'm not a TV actress who thinks they're late but magically arrives just in time.

I huffed and looked around, trying to figure out where the damn principal's office was.

Can't they put up signs to help? It's making the late students even later!

I started walking down the hall, my eyes scanning for any indication of the office. Each step echoed in the almost empty corridor, amplifying my nervousness.

Later I had to ask a student who helped me find the principal's office. After I took my schedule from her, I came out and looked around only to find the student gone. "Seems like I myself have to find my classroom." I thought and started to walk.

As of now, I didn't even know where I was walking. I looked to my right when I saw a sign, but before I could read what it said, I bumped into someone and, of course, I fell. Because again, I ain't an actress who will be safe in the arms of the actor.
