Jin entered his classroom and was a little surprised when he saw Suzy already there, sitting in the same spot as yesterday.
He walked over, trying to keep his expression neutral despite the fluttering in his chest. "Good morning," he greeted her with a warm smile.
Suzy looked up and smiled back. "Good morning, Jin. Did you leave early yesterday?"
"Yeah, I had some things to sort out," he said, taking his seat next to her. "By the way..."
Before he could finish, he felt someone put their hand on his shoulder. He looked up to find Bogum. "Hey, Jin. Good morning," Bogum greeted.
Jin stood up and greeted him back. "Good morning, Bogum."
"By the way, I have to discuss something with you. Mind coming with me?" Bogum asked.
Jin glanced at Suzy and then back at Bogum. "Sure, let's go," he said. He turned to Suzy, "Sorry, have to go."
Suzy nodded, giving him a reassuring smile. "It's fine."
Jin followed Bogum out of the classroom, curious about what his friend wanted to discuss. As they walked down the hallway, Bogum glanced at Jin with a knowing look.
"So, what's up?" Jin asked, trying to read Bogum's expression.
Bogum stopped and faced Jin. "I noticed how you were with that new girl, yesterday and this morning. You seem... different around her."
Jin sighed, knowing he couldn't hide anything from Bogum. "Yeah, she's been on my mind a lot. I don't know why, but there's something about her. Maybe I developed a crush on her or some small feelings."
Bogum nodded. "Well, whatever it is, just take it slow. You barely know her. Get to know her first, then figure out what you're feeling."
Jin nodded, appreciating Bogum's advice. "Thanks, Bogum. I needed to hear that. I talked with my brothers yesterday and they were trying to make me believe I had love at first sight."
Bogum chuckled. "I am sure it was Yoongi or Namjoon," he said with a grin.
Jin laughed, "You know them well. It was both, actually and Hobie as well."
"Well, they might be right, but still, take your time," Bogum said, giving Jin a reassuring pat on the back.
They walked to the rooftop for some fresh, Jin feeling a bit more at ease. He knew Bogum was right—he needed to take things slow and get to know Suzy better.
