Chapter 21: Therapist

~~~~~
ANDREANNA ERIZZE
~•~•~
                    “WHAT'S THE VIAND FOR TODAY?” I asked myself while scrolling through my cellphone.
“Hmm, no.” I swiped.
“No, this is too many calories.” I swiped it again.
I raised my eyebrows. “Pass,”
I swiped once more. “Maybe a light meal will do for tonight.”
OH MY GOSH!” I blurted out and nearly dropped my phone when someone abruptly called.
[“Hello, babe—”]
“What do you want?” I asked a direct question. “Give me a valid reason why you are disturbing my tranquil night.”
[“Baka lang naman gusto mong—”]
I cut him off. “Where?”
I heard him smirked. [“Saan pa ba?”]
“I don't know, unless you'll say it.” I countered and shook my head.
[“Psh. Of course, race tracks,”] He replied.
I raised my eyesbrows. “Are you challenging me?”
[“Sort of,”] He mumbled.
“Then, deal,” I remarked.
He chuckled. [“If I win, you owe me dinner,”]
“And if I win?” I countered while playing with my hair.
[“You decide, babe,”] I rolled my eyes.
I quickly smirked when I thought about something. “Hmm.... If I win, say bye-bye to your car,”
[“Sure, I'm always in, Andrea.”] I winched about the fact that he's smiling like an idiot.
“Then, it's a deal,” I plainly said.
[“See you later, babe,”] He said.
“Babe your ass, toodles!” I hissed and ended the call. What the heck? Goosebumps. He's so crazy talaga!
I made the decision to just get ready for the race after that call. I'm going to eat outside na lang.
God, I'm still getting ready; it's already nine o'clock—well, girls thingy. A few moments later, I headed outside my condo na as soon as I was done getting ready.
I entered the car and turned on the engine. Smirking, I put my foot on the gas to enjoy his dulcet sound. Ah, my bronze Bugatti Chiron is very handsome.
Right after dinner, I headed over to the racetracks. A plethora of individuals and a variety of cars were parked when I arrived. I sped into my opponent's car and into the starting lane.
He was waving at me as I saw him pull down his car window. I made a face and rolled down my window before looking at him, fiercely.
“Hey! Babe! Glad you came!” He exclaimed.
I rolled my eyes. “I'm not your babe, f*ck*ng assh*le,”
He seemed really amused as he laughed. I shook my head and scoffed. He has never changed. Drele Luzio is not a stranger and not a friend as well—he's someone I just know.
