Spider Queen laughed as she watched her new subjects celebrate the transformation of this city to the Spidertopia it was always meant to be, happily watching how this new years should be.
"Now this is more like it, just how it should be." This is how you celebrated!
"Hm, I feel as if though there is something missing." She hummed turning her head to the side looking at the [h/c] human who stood besides the throne wearing similar clothing to that of the other spider demons albeit with a touch of their own style mixed with it.
"And what could that be?" She asked leaning her face on her hand curious as to what her human henchman had to say.
They hummed feigning to look around the crowd as they continued to speak turning their gaze back to their queen.
"Ah, but of course." They said moving to be closer placing their hands on the throne.
"Why your people are missing a second ruler." They spoke leaning lower as to be more level to level with her their hands sliding down the throne along with them.
"Someone to rule alongside their queen."
Their hands moved, placing themselves atop of her own intertwining their fingers with her own passing over the finger where a ring would be placed before disappearing returning to being placed behind their back as they kept their composure sparing a glance to the crowd before looking back at her.
"Would you not agree my queen?"
She blinked for a moment but smiled raising a brow to them as they simply watched, eyes on her every move and reaction.
"Well well then. What do you suggest I do?" They hummed placing a hand on the chin in thought.
"Would it be wrong of me to suggest I be by your side?" They were at her side, sitting on the throne's armrest, their red eyes looking at her waiting for a response.
Spider Queen grinned amused at the human's bold answers and moves but didn't push them away regardless.
"What do you offer me for such a proposal hmm?" She asked leaning onto her hand as she looked at them in amusement.
They looked at her, a seemingly blank but somewhat hypnotic look on their face as they leaned close to her near face to face.
"I'd offer you my soul." They said no hesitation present as they boldly took her face in their hands lifting her face up look at them as they stared down, a love drunk expression on their face.
"For you alone."
They spoke the last words becoming blurred as she stared at them a warm feeling growing in her face.
"Well then I geuss your queen can fulfill that little wish of yours."
She said, chuckling as she removed their hand from her face but not letting go, switching the tables as she took back control.
"Allow me to grant it then."
Moving their face in her she hummed finding their silly expression adorable, squishing their face in her hands as she brought them closer to her own going to humour their little wish-
Only to be met with the sight of the webs that made her room aswell as this rundown excuse of a base.
She sat up groaning, stretching her arms out to destiffen them, turning her head to look to her right seing the spot that the human once occupied earlier now empty.
Ah, they must've left a bit ago.
She sighed rubbing her eyes as she looked around, seeing how quiet it was without hearing any activity from her spiders or Spider henchmen she guessed it must've been sometime late at night then.
Though her mind kept going back to that dream, looking at the spot where they once laid.
Huh.
She brushed a thumb over her lips as she recalled the memory.
Her and a human?
It's not unheard off but did she personally want to?
Hm.
Maybe she would keep them by her side, as a human servant at first maybe then they could be more.
Though that first idea didn't seem so unappealing.
