Breeh woke up to a barrage of notifications on her phone. Confused, she opened the first message from Baek Hyun-woo, her publisher.

"Breeh, have you seen the news? Call me ASAP."

Her heart pounded as she clicked on the link he had sent. The headline blared: "Mystery Woman Spotted with Kim Taehyung - Is She a Sasaeng Fan?" Beneath it was a photo of her and Taehyung from a recent event, taken at an unfortunate angle that made it look like she was following him obsessively.

Breeh felt a mix of anger and fear. How had this happened? She needed to fix this, and fast. Without wasting a moment, she got dressed and headed to Taehyung's agency's.

At taehyung's agency

The agency was buzzing with activity when Breeh arrived. She pushed through the crowd, ignoring the curious glances and whispers. At the reception desk, she demanded to see Taehyung.

"I'm Han Breeh. I need to speak with Kim Taehyung immediately."

The receptionist, taken aback by her determination, quickly made a call. Moments later, Breeh was escorted to Taehyung's office.

Taehyung was lounging in his office, scrolling through his phone when Breeh entered. He looked up, a smirk playing on his lips.

"Well, well, well. If it isn't the infamous sasaeng fan," he teased, though his eyes held a hint of curiosity.

Breeh clenched her fists, trying to remain composed. "Taehyung, this is serious. That photo is misleading and it's damaging my reputation."

Taehyung shrugged, his demeanor turning cocky. "I offered you coffee once, and you turned me down. Now you're here asking for my help?"

Breeh felt frustration bubbling up. "I was busy, Taehyung and This isn't about coffee. This is about clearing my name."

Taehyung leaned back, his gaze lingering on her. "Why should I help you? You clearly don't trust me enough to accept a simple invitation."

Breeh could feel the tension crackling in the air as she and Taehyung stood facing each other in his office. His gaze held hers, a mixture of amusement and something deeper lurking beneath the surface.

"Maybe you're right," Taehyung murmured, his voice low and intimate. He took a slow step closer, closing the already small gap between them. His presence was overwhelming, his height and charisma dominating the room.

Breeh's heart raced, unsure how to respond to the sudden proximity. She could feel the warmth of his breath on her cheek, a stark contrast to the cool professionalism of their earlier conversation.

"But you have to admit," Taehyung continued, his voice a mere whisper now, "this is an interesting turn of events."

His hand moved to gently touch her arm, sending a shiver down her spine. Breeh was acutely aware of the heat radiating from his body, the faint scent of his cologne enveloping her senses.

"Taehyung..." Her voice faltered, her mind racing with conflicting emotions. There was something magnetic about him, something she couldn't deny despite the circumstances.

Before she could gather her thoughts, the spell was broken by the sudden intrusion of Taehyung's manager entering the room, their presence a stark reminder of the reality outside their bubble of tension.

Taehyung nodded, his earlier cockiness replaced by a more serious demeanor. "Fine. Let's put our heads together and come up with a plan."

They spent the next hour discussing strategies to counter the false narrative. Taehyung's insight into handling media scrutiny proved invaluable, and Breeh found herself reluctantly impressed by his professionalism.

As they finalized their plan, Taehyung glanced at Breeh, a hint of something softer in his eyes. "You know, despite everything, I never thought you'd end up in a scandal like this."

Breeh smiled faintly, feeling a strange mix of gratitude and frustration towards him. "Yeah, well, life has a way of surprising us."

Just as they were about to leave the office, Taehyung hesitated. "By the way my offer for coffee is still up!"

Breeh blinked, caught off guard by his sudden change in tone. "I... I really think it's not a good idea right now"

Before Taehyung could respond, Breeh's phone buzzed with a new message notification. It was from Baek Hyun-woo, marked urgent.

"What now?" she muttered, her heart sinking as she read the message.
