Six months had passed.

Six months had passed since Allison had given birth, six months had passed since Allison became a tribrid, six months had passed since Francesca Guerrera and the werewolves took over the Quarter, six months had passed since Allison had murdered Lily in cold blood and six months had passed since Beatrice Emerson and Esther Mikaelson had resurrected.

Over the past six months, things were quiet for everyone which caused some unease.

Klaus hadn't left the house at all, still mourning the 'death' of his child but in reality, he was waiting as Elijah ordered to make their next move.

Elijah was frequently out in the Quarter trying to locate the last of the moonlight rings. The plan was to steal them back so Klaus could regain his strength.

Caroline, with enough persuasion from her siblings, returned to Mystic Falls to finish her semester.

Theodore was using this 'quiet period' to focus on college but that didn't stop him from being concerned for his twin sister.

Allison was a mess. Even more so the time after she'd defeated Beatrice.

Throughout the past few months Allison returned to college but something about her had changed. She'd distanced herself from everyone — including the love of her life, Klaus.

The two hadn't uttered a word to each other since they gave the baby away and it was starting to affect the both of them.

Allison was in and out the house whereas Klaus stayed put. No one knew what was going on with them and no one dared to ask, fearing their response.

With Allison's newfound vampirism, the uncontrollable urge for blood she had when she was a werewolf only heightened. Everywhere she went a trail of dead bodies followed. As the population of New Orleans decreased, Allison's guilt increased. She hated her new self and she hated how she was hurting all of these innocent people but she couldn't stop now because it was the only way she could release her emotions. That and destroying everything in her path.

Everything for Allison was amplified and that included the anger she'd inherited from her werewolf gene. As badly as she wanted to direct her anger at Francesca Gurerra and everyone else who wanted to harm her baby, she did nothing and abided by Elijah's orders as long as he or anyone else didn't interfere in anything she was doing.
