The next day arrived and once the twins returned from college and stopped by to see their friends in the Bayou, they went home.

Allison entered the dining room with a heavy sigh, placing her bag on the small circular table next to the door and then walking up to Klaus who was sat on the head of the table. She brought her hand up to hold his face and then lowered to bring him into a kiss. Klaus smiled against his love's lips as everyone else in the room held their gags of disgust.

Everyone except Theodore who'd just placed his bag down and then sat down next to Elijah at the dining table, "Disgusting. Please don't do that in my face again."

When the couple broke apart from their kiss, Klaus glared at Theodore who was now munching on a pastry innocently.

Allison didn't bother, already used to his brother's incessant antics. She reached out for a pastry herself when she finally noticed who was actually at the table.

"Oh." Allison smiled at Kol and Finn, "I didn't see you there. Nice to see that you're not chained against the staircase. Actually, that only goes for one of you: Kol. He's the only one I like from the two of you."

Finn glared daggers at Allison and Kol tried to hide his smirk, "How's your sister Caroline doing then? Does she miss me?"

Theodore rolled his eyes at Kol's teasing tone, taking a hard bite out of the pastry. Allison shook her head at her brother before answering, "She's fine but you're too late, friend. She's over you."

Kol placed a hand over his heart, feigning hurt, "Was I too late?"

Allison chuckled, "Yeah but you know what?" Kol nodded at her to continue, "I was right about you."

Everyone at the table furrowed their brows at this, "Right about what?" Kol asked.

"I told you I knew you from someplace else and I was right." Allison folded her arms over her chest.

"Well done." Kol smiled at her causing Klaus to glare at him in anger. Theodore, Elijah and Finn sighed, knowing what was coming.

Kol tried to reach out for one of the pastries but Klaus pulled the plate back, preventing him from taking one as his hands were still clad in chains.

"I think that's enough, Kol, unless you'd like to be daggers once again." Klaus spat causing Allison the release a sigh and push the plate back towards Kol. He didn't want the poor guy to starve.
