After her breakdown the day before, Allison decided that she was going to get her act together — or at least try to.

The first thing Allison did, with Klaus' persuasion, was go to the bayou. He wanted her to look around for any of the wolves who might be around.

Whilst Allison was pregnant, she formed a close bond with the werewolves in the bayou as their families were friends with hers. Not only that but one of them happened to be her cousin, Hayley.

For the past few months, Allison had kept them at a distance like she did with everyone else because of the loss of her child. She aimed to reverse that distance she created with all the people she loved, starting with her pack.

Allison looked around the bayou with Klaus behind her, trying to locate any wolves who might've been around.

Allison let out a heavy sigh, "Nobody's here."

Klaus shook his head at her, "You're wrong, my love. Their scent is fresh. They're hiding which means somewhere nearby we will find the remnants of your pack."

"It's not really 'my' pack anyway. Hayley's the heir, not me." Allison explained.

"Yes, but I'm sure she'd appreciate your help. And this isn't only about them, it's about you."

Another sigh escaped Allison's lips, "I get that but once we find them, then what? I mean, I've been ignoring them for months and the pack members who aren't my friends or family probably hate me. I'm not 'one of them' anymore. I'm a vampire now."

"And you've had every right to. You have been grieving over the loss of our child and if they don't understand that, then they shouldn't be a part of your pack." Klaus said before changing the subject, "As for being 'one of them', you've never been. All this time you've been an Enchantress alongside a werewolf. They didn't have a problem then so they sure as hell shouldn't have one now."

Allison shook her head, "But that's different. Enchantress' have done nothing to harm werewolves so they have no reason to hate them. Vampires, on the other hand, have. Their rivalry had been stretched out over a thousand years. Mikael started it. You should know that."

"I understand that but what about Theo? He's been a part of the pack. No one seemed to have had a problem with him."

"That's false." Allison corrected, "Oliver has been Theo's number-one hater since they met.

A sigh escaped Klaus' lips, "You know what they hate? Their lack of power. You are the most powerful being in the world and now you have gotten even more power. Hence the willingness of their brethren to deal with that witch in exchange for rings. But she hasn't gotten to your lot yet, so, we need to get to them first and ensure they align with us."
