Spencer has asked a few other people at the bau to help, so now everyone who was helping Spencer prepare a room in his house for Brooklyn were JJ, Emily, Derek, and Penelope.
They had made a quick stop at the hospital to see what Brooklyn would want in her bedroom, like color theme and stuff like that.
Brooklyn had said she likes pastel blue, purple, and pink. That was decent to go off of.
They went to the paint store and got a light blue paint for the wall, then they went to the furniture store.
They got a single person bed, a desk, a mini bookshelf, a dresser, and a mirror.

Brooklyn was happy to finally know who her real father was. He seemed like a nice guy.
She was still doing the schoolwork that she missed at school. She was going to be released from the hospital in a few days, so that's when all of this was due.
Earlier, her 'father' came by and asked what she wanted in her bedroom. He really cared, well, they barely knew each other. But he's willing to give her a shot.
Brooklyn was just waiting to get out of the hospital. She hated it here.
Well, she could walk around with a doctor nearby, she didn't need the beeping machine anymore, and no iv in her arm.
She still was very, very sad about her mothers death. She just tried not to have a mental breakdown in the hospital. She didn't want people to worry about her.

The four were putting together Brookylns' new room, or what they could put in there, some of it would be put together when Brooklyn was out of the hospital.
Spencer seemed to handle the news that he had a child he didn't know about pretty well. The team was worried he wouldn't react very well.
Well, he was in denial until he saw the proof. They knew Spencer always wanted to be a dad, and now he was finally going to be.
The room was decently small. It was probably like, 7 feet wide, give or take.
They were all putting in a group effort, they painted one wall with the blue paint they got at the paint store, they decided to only paint one wall, it would be easier.
While they let the paint dry, they started building the furniture, they got the bed made, it was a brown wooden bed, the nightstand, and the dresser.
Then Penelope and JJ went to go get bedsheets and pillowcases, and just some extra stuff, ya know.
When they got back to Reids apartmemt they put the stuff where they were going to go.
they put the purple sheets on the bed spread, they decided to get a cute hammock for Brooklyn, so they hung that in the corner of the room.
Once they put the furntiture where it seemed right they just admired theyre work.
it wasnt fully complete, it wouldnt be until Brooklyn got out of the hospital to pick decorations for the room but it still looked good.
