Adelia's alarm goes off waking her up.

She rolls over searching for her phone and grabs it turning off her alarms.

She says her morning prayer thanking God for waking her up today and for keeping her and her family safe throughout the night.

She does her morning Bible study reading her daily devotional, morning prayer, and a chapter of her Bible.

Adelia's day is always better when she starts it with God.

She sits up and does her morning routine getting ready for practice. Since she's on break she can go practice earlier than when she's in school.

She throws on some sweats and a hoodie and heads downstairs with her stuff. She fixes a bowl of cereal, sits down to eat, and watches an episode of Superbook.

It may be for kids but Adelia likes to think all ages can watch it. It's clean and Christian so she loves it.

She gets a text from Callum. Good morning. She texts back Good morning.

Adelia had been enjoying spending time with Callum. It's been three days since she's seen him.

He really opened up to her about what he's been through and how God got him through it.

God when I hear other's testimonies I see how You continue to be faithful to Your Children from the beginning of time till the end.

You will always deliver Your Children. Thank You, God, for saving us.

When Adelia first started skating she did it because it is where she can hear God and focus on Him without any distractions.

It is just Him and her on the ice. But she let the competitions get to my head and she forgot about what's important.

Jesus.

"Lord help me to put You first and to let You be the center of everything that I do and am in Jesus' name I pray amen."

Thank You for taking me there with Callum. Watching him talk about You and seeing how he feels when he's with You it makes me see him for who he truly is.

I know that we find our identity and who we are in You.

And I see that Callum is a good man, different from what I'm used to seeing online and at school.

The boys at school some of them just want something from you and then after they get it they leave you broken and move on to the next.

But Callum hasn't tried anything with her and when he wanted to he stopped himself. He talked to her got to know her and let her get to know him.

Adelia sits up straighter with the realization of what she's been doing.

She's been thinking of where she and Callum are going and how she can't like him and why instead of being content with what God has given her.

God has given her a friend who she can share her love for Him with and praise Him with. A friend who wants to be with and of God and not the world.

Adelia was content with what she had and she still is. God has been with her no matter what and has given her peace and comfort.
