Dear Journal,
I just remembered something that I forgot to talk about on the first day of school. When Reggie and I were riding the train to school, he was wearing long sleeves like he always does but we were messing around with the candy and drinks from the old lady that pushes the cart on the train. Reggie had to dunk different candies into the pumpkin juice to see how they tasted so he had to roll up his sleeves.
There were a bunch of pink and purple marks on his arm. I asked him what they were but he didn't tell me. I told him they looked pretty. They reminded me of late sunsets. I told him he should wear short sleeves and then he got sad and rolled his sleeves back down.
I still think they're pretty. I don't know where they were from though.
