Dear Journal,
Yesterday Sirius and I spent the entire day in Hogsmeade and it was really fun. I didn't know that Sirius knew so much. I always figured that since he didn't really care about school, that meant that he didn't really care about learning things, but he knows all the ins and outs of the village.
It started snowing while we were there. It doesn't normally snow this early in the year. But it was cold so Sirius brought me to the Three Broomsticks. We sat down at a table and we happened to be only a few tables away from Reggie and his friends. Reggie avoided eye contact the entire time.
"We'll take two butterbeers," Sirius had told the lady who came by asking us what we wanted. I had started to protest since I had just spent all of my spending money at Zonko's but Sirius said, "Don't worry. It's on me."
Then we sat there and drank our warm butterbeer for hours. It was almost dark by the time we walked back to Hogwarts.
